أعرب سفير دولة فلسطين لدى المملكة مازن غنيم، عن تقدير القيادة الفلسطينية العميق لمواقف المملكة الثابتة والمشرّفة تجاه القضية الفلسطينية وشعبها، مؤكداً أن هذه المواقف ليست جديدة على المملكة قيادة وشعباً، إذ كانت ولا تزال السند الراسخ لفلسطين في مختلف المراحل والمنابر الدولية.
وأثنى، في تصريح صحفي، على ما يؤكده ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز من حرص على استقرار المنطقة ووقف العدوان وتثبيت الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني، وفي مقدمتها حقه في إقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية، وضرورة رفع المعاناة الإنسانية عن أبناء الشعب في قطاع غزة.
وعبر عن شكر وتقدير بلاده لقيادة المملكة العربية السعودية على ما تقدمه من دعم سياسي وإنساني وتنموي متواصل، مؤكداً أن العلاقات الأخوية الراسخة بين البلدين ستظل نموذجاً في وحدة الموقف والمصير.
The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom, Mazen Ghuneim, expressed the deep appreciation of the Palestinian leadership for the steadfast and honorable positions of the Kingdom regarding the Palestinian cause and its people. He affirmed that these positions are not new to the Kingdom, both in leadership and among the people, as it has always been and continues to be a solid support for Palestine at various stages and international forums.
In a press statement, he praised the commitment of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz to the stability of the region, to stopping aggression, and to affirming the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them their right to establish their independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital, and the necessity of alleviating the humanitarian suffering of the people in the Gaza Strip.
He expressed his country's gratitude and appreciation to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the continuous political, humanitarian, and developmental support it provides, affirming that the solid brotherly relations between the two countries will remain a model of unity in stance and destiny.
