تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، أعلن أمير منطقة الرياض الأمير فيصل بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم، انطلاق أعمال النسخة الخامسة من المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني، تحت عنوان (تعزيز المكتسبات المشتركة في الفضاء السيبراني)، الذي تنظمه الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني بالتعاون مع مؤسسة المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني والشركة السعودية لتقنية المعلومات (سايت)، ويستمر يومين، بحضور نخبة من صناع القرار وخبراءٍ رفيعي المستوى من الحكومات والقطاع الخاص والأوساط الأكاديمية من 128 دولة.
وكان في استقباله، لدى وصوله مقر انعقاد المنتدى، محافظ الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني المهندس ماجد بن محمد المزيد.
وألقى أمير منطقة الرياض كلمة قال فيها: في نسخة العام الماضي 2024 تشرّفت بكلمةٍ حملت مضامينَ ضافية وشاملة من ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، أكد فيها الارتباط الوثيق للفضاء السيبراني اليوم بنمو الاقتصادات، وازدهار المجتمعات، وبأمن الأفراد واستقرار الدول، وعلى ما يتسمُ به من طبيعة متجاوزة في تأثيرها للحدود، وهو الأمر الذي تتعاظم معه أهمية توحيد الجهود الدولية ومواءمتها، لاغتنام الفرص ومواجهة التحديات في الفضاء السيبراني عبر الاستثمار في الإنسان.
وأشار إلى أن نسخة هذا العام من المنتدى التي تُعقد تحت شعار (تعزيز المكتسبات المشتركة في الفضاء السيبراني) جاءت لتواكب مضامين كلمة ولي العهد، ولتؤسس للبناء على ما تحقق من مكتسبات مهمة خلال النسخ السابقة من المنتدى على صعيد توحيد الجهود الدولية وتعظيم العمل المشترك.
وأعرب أمير منطقة الرياض، عن شكره للحضور، راجيا من الله للجميع التوفيق في أعمال المنتدى.
من جانبه ألقى محافظ الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني المهندس ماجد بن محمد المزيد، كلمة ثمَّن فيها الدعم غير المحدود من القيادة لقطاع الأمن السيبراني في المملكة، وما تحظى به أعمال مؤسسة المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني من دعم ورعاية كبيرين.
وأكد أن المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني، بات اليوم منصة دولية فاعلة يجتمع من خلالها الشركاء كل عام لتوحيد الجهود الدولية وصناعة الشراكات النوعية، وبحث استغلال الفرص الواعدة التي ينطوي عليها الفضاء السيبراني، بما يُسهم في ازدهار الإنسان ورخاء المجتمعات حول العالم.
ويأتي انعقاد المنتدى تأكيدا على ريادة المملكة عالميا في هذا القطاع الحيوي والواعد، في ظل المكتسبات التي حققتها تجربة المملكة الرائدة في الأمن السيبراني محليا وإقليميا وعالميا، حتى بات النموذج السعودي في الأمن السيبراني نموذجا ناجحا ورائدا يُعترف به دوليا.
ويستند شعار المنتدى لهذا العام على ما تحقَّق من مكتسبات في النسخ السابقة، بهدف تعظيم الأثر وتعزيز التقدم في عددٍ من المجالات الحيوية في الفضاء السيبراني، ومن بينها حماية الطفل في الفضاء السيبراني، وتمكين المرأة في مجال الأمن السيبراني، والاقتصاديات السيبرانية بمفهومها الشامل وحماية البنى التحتية الحساسة مثل؛ أنظمة الطاقة والمؤسسات المالية، والدبلوماسية السيبرانية، ومكافحة الجريمة في الفضاء السيبراني، إذ تتناول نسخة هذا العام أحدث التطورات في مشهد الأمن السيبراني، من خلال حوارات إستراتيجية، تدور حول خمسة محاور رئيسية، هي؛ تجاوز التباينات العالمية، ونحو مفهوم جديد للاقتصاد السيبراني، والشمول الاجتماعي في الفضاء السيبراني، وفهم السلوكيات السيبرانية، والفرص النوعية في الآفاق السيبرانية.
Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Riyadh Region, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, announced today the launch of the fifth edition of the International Cybersecurity Forum, under the title (Enhancing Common Gains in Cyber Space), organized by the National Cybersecurity Authority in cooperation with the International Cybersecurity Forum Foundation and the Saudi Company for Information Technology (SITE). The forum will last for two days, with the attendance of a select group of decision-makers and high-level experts from governments, the private sector, and academia from 128 countries.
Upon his arrival at the forum venue, he was received by the Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority, Engineer Majid bin Mohammed Al-Mazid.
The Governor of the Riyadh Region delivered a speech in which he stated: In last year's edition 2024, I had the honor of delivering a speech that carried comprehensive and profound messages from the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in which he emphasized the close link between today's cyber space and the growth of economies, the prosperity of societies, the security of individuals, and the stability of nations. He highlighted its transcending nature in its impact across borders, which underscores the importance of unifying and aligning international efforts to seize opportunities and face challenges in cyber space through investment in human capital.
He pointed out that this year's edition of the forum, held under the slogan (Enhancing Common Gains in Cyber Space), aims to align with the themes of the Crown Prince's speech and to build upon the significant achievements made during previous editions of the forum in terms of unifying international efforts and maximizing collaborative work.
The Governor of the Riyadh Region expressed his gratitude to the attendees, wishing everyone success in the forum's activities.
For his part, the Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority, Engineer Majid bin Mohammed Al-Mazid, delivered a speech in which he praised the unlimited support from the leadership for the cybersecurity sector in the Kingdom, and the significant support and sponsorship that the International Cybersecurity Forum Foundation receives.
He affirmed that the International Cybersecurity Forum has become an effective international platform where partners gather each year to unify international efforts and create quality partnerships, and to explore the promising opportunities that cyber space offers, contributing to human prosperity and the welfare of societies around the world.
The forum's convening reaffirms the Kingdom's global leadership in this vital and promising sector, in light of the achievements made by the Kingdom's pioneering experience in cybersecurity locally, regionally, and globally, making the Saudi model in cybersecurity a successful and leading model recognized internationally.
This year's forum slogan is based on the achievements made in previous editions, aiming to maximize impact and enhance progress in several vital areas in cyber space, including child protection in cyber space, empowering women in the field of cybersecurity, comprehensive cyber economies, and protecting critical infrastructures such as energy systems and financial institutions, cyber diplomacy, and combating crime in cyber space. This year's edition addresses the latest developments in the cybersecurity landscape through strategic dialogues revolving around five main themes: overcoming global disparities, towards a new concept of the cyber economy, social inclusion in cyber space, understanding cyber behaviors, and quality opportunities in cyber horizons.
