تبدأ وزارة التعليم، غداً (الأحد)، المرحلة الرابعة والأخيرة من مراحل تطبيق نظام حضوري الإلكتروني لإثبات حضور وانصراف معلمي ومعلمات الإدارات التعليمية بمناطق ومحافظات المملكة. ويتم تطبيق المرحلة الرابعة في إداراتي التعليم في منطقتي الباحة والرياض آخر الإدارات التعليمية بالمملكة.
مراحل التطبيق
وكانت الوزارة بدأت تطبيق المرحلة الأولى في المنطقة الشرقية والأحساء والقصيم وجدة يوم الـ17 من شهر أغسطس الماضي، فيما تم تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية في مكة المكرمة والطائف وتبوك والجوف والحدود الشمالية اعتباراً من يوم الـ24 من شهر أغسطس، وتم تطبيق المرحلة الثالثة في كل من حائل ونجران وعسير وجازان يوم الـ31 من الشهر نفسه، ويعد «حضوري» تطبيقاً إلكترونيّاً يستخدم أحدث التقنيات كإنترنت الأشياء والسمات الحيوية لضبط ساعات عمل الموظفين والمساهمة في تحضير الآلاف في دقائق معدودة دون الحاجة إلى التحضير اليدوي الذي كان مستخدماً طوال السنوات الماضية، ويمكّن البرنامج المسؤولين المباشرين من متابعة الحضور والانصراف بشكل دقيق ومنظم (عند تسجيل الدخول للتطبيق للمرة الأولى يُطلب من المستخدم تسجيل السمات الحيوية كبصمة الوجه وبصمة الصوت وبصمة الإصبع).
طلبات الإستئذان
ويتيح التطبيق إمكانية إنشاء طلب استئذان جديد، إضافة إلى متابعة الطلبات السابقة، عند النقر عليها تظهر في البداية شاشة فارغة في حال لم يسبق للموظف طلب استئذان، وفي حال وجود طلبات مسبقة تظهر جميع الاستئذانات التي تم طلبها مسبقاً وحالتها في القبول والرفض وتحت الإجراء، مع تحديد عدد معين للاستئذانات خلال الشهر.
وفي حال لم يرتبط الحساب المسجل في التطبيق بموقع فعال أو وجود الموظف خارج نطاق الموقع الجغرافي لعمله الفعلي تظهر رسالة «لست في الموقع الصحيح للتحضير».

The Ministry of Education will begin tomorrow (Sunday) the fourth and final phase of implementing the electronic attendance system to verify the attendance and departure of teachers in the educational administrations across the regions and governorates of the Kingdom. The fourth phase will be implemented in the education administrations in the regions of Al-Baha and Riyadh, which are the last educational administrations in the Kingdom.
Implementation Phases
The ministry started implementing the first phase in the Eastern Province, Al-Ahsa, Al-Qassim, and Jeddah on August 17th of last month, while the second phase was executed in Mecca, Taif, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders starting from August 24th. The third phase was applied in Hail, Najran, Asir, and Jazan on the 31st of the same month. "Attendance" is an electronic application that uses the latest technologies such as the Internet of Things and biometric features to track employee working hours and help prepare thousands in just a few minutes without the need for the manual preparation that has been used for many years. The program enables direct supervisors to monitor attendance and departure accurately and systematically (when logging into the application for the first time, users are required to register biometric features such as facial recognition, voice recognition, and fingerprint).
Leave Requests
The application allows for the creation of a new leave request, in addition to tracking previous requests. When clicked, a blank screen appears initially if the employee has not previously requested leave. If there are previous requests, all leave requests that were made earlier will appear along with their status of acceptance, rejection, or under review, with a specific number set for leave requests during the month.
If the account registered in the application is not linked to an active location or if the employee is outside the geographical area of their actual work, a message appears stating, "You are not in the correct location for attendance."
