وقّعت شركة «تكامل» القابضة السعودية، وصندوق العمل البحريني «تمكين»، مذكرة تفاهم إستراتيجية تهدف إلى بحث أوجه التعاون المشترك بين الجهتين في مجالات سوق العمل، وتبادل المعرفة في تصميم أفضل الممارسات لتنفيذ المبادرات التي تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة وفعالية سوق العمل وتطوير المهارات المهنية وتعزيز جودة الأداء.
وتسعى الشراكة إلى استفادة صندوق العمل البحريني (تمكين) من الخبرات الواسعة لـ«تكامل» في تطوير البرامج التي تعزز جودة الأداء المهني، بما يسهم في تعزيز فعالية البرامج ورفع تنافسية الكوادر الوطنية بما يتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل، فيما تتطلع «تكامل» من خلال الشراكة إلى التعرف على التجربة الرائدة لصندوق العمل «تمكين» في تطوير الفرص لدخول الكوادر الوطنية لسوق العمل والتطور فيه.
وتم توقيع المذكرة في مملكة البحرين من قبل الدكتور أحمد بن عبدالجبار اليماني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة «تكامل القابضة»، والسيدة مها عبدالحميد مفيز، الرئيس التنفيذي لصندوق العمل البحريني، بحضور عدد من المسؤولين من كلا الجهتين، في خطوة تؤكد التزام الجانبين بتعزيز التعاون وتبادل المعرفة.
وعلى هامش حفل التوقيع، أشاد الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة «تكامل» الدكتور أحمد بن عبدالجبار اليماني بالعلاقات الوطيدة بين المملكتين الشقيقتين، وقال: «نسعد بالشراكة والتعاون مع صندوق العمل البحريني، وهي خطوة إستراتيجية لتعزيز التعاون المشترك من خلال تبادل المعرفة والخبرات، وتصميم أفضل الممارسات لتنفيذ برامج وخدمات مبتكرة ترتقي بكفاءة سوق العمل في مملكة البحرين الشقيقة».
وأضاف: «تأتي هذه الخطوة امتداداً للعلاقة المتنامية بين الجهتين، في ظل تحديات متشابهة نواجهها في سوق العمل، ورؤية مشتركة لمستقبل أكثر كفاءة ومرونة».
من جانبها، أكّدت الرئيس التنفيذي لصندوق العمل البحريني «تمكين» السيدة مها عبدالحميد مفيز أنّ هذا التعاون يشكل حلقة إضافية في مسيرة التعاون المشترك بين مملكة البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك من خلال مد جسور التواصل وتبادل المعارف والخبرات في تطوير البرامج والخدمات المقدمة للأفراد، موضحةً أنّ هذه الخطوة تعزز كافة جهود التعاون التي تتم عبر مجلس التنسيق السعودي-البحريني.

The Saudi company "Takamul Holding" and the Bahraini Labor Fund "Tamkeen" signed a strategic memorandum of understanding aimed at exploring areas of mutual cooperation between the two parties in the fields of the labor market, and exchanging knowledge in designing best practices for implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the labor market, developing professional skills, and improving performance quality.
The partnership seeks for the Bahraini Labor Fund (Tamkeen) to benefit from the extensive expertise of "Takamul" in developing programs that enhance the quality of professional performance, contributing to the effectiveness of programs and increasing the competitiveness of national cadres in line with the needs of the labor market. Meanwhile, "Takamul" looks forward, through the partnership, to learning about the pioneering experience of the Labor Fund "Tamkeen" in developing opportunities for national cadres to enter and progress in the labor market.
The memorandum was signed in the Kingdom of Bahrain by Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Jabbar Al-Yamani, CEO of "Takamul Holding," and Ms. Maha Abdul Hamid Mufiz, CEO of the Bahraini Labor Fund, in the presence of a number of officials from both parties, in a step that confirms both sides' commitment to enhancing cooperation and exchanging knowledge.
On the sidelines of the signing ceremony, the CEO of "Takamul," Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Jabbar Al-Yamani, praised the strong relations between the two sister kingdoms, stating: "We are pleased with the partnership and cooperation with the Bahraini Labor Fund, which is a strategic step to enhance mutual cooperation through knowledge and experience exchange, and designing best practices to implement innovative programs and services that elevate the efficiency of the labor market in the sister Kingdom of Bahrain."
He added: "This step comes as an extension of the growing relationship between the two parties, in light of similar challenges we face in the labor market, and a shared vision for a more efficient and flexible future."
For her part, the CEO of the Bahraini Labor Fund "Tamkeen," Ms. Maha Abdul Hamid Mufiz, confirmed that this cooperation represents an additional link in the journey of joint cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by building bridges of communication and exchanging knowledge and experiences in developing programs and services provided to individuals, clarifying that this step enhances all cooperation efforts that are taking place through the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council.
