تبدأ وزارة الموارد البشرية غدًا (الأحد)، بالشراكة مع وزارة الصحة، تطبيق قرار رفع نسب التوطين لمهن الصيدلة.
ويشمل القرار حسب بيان الوزارة توطين 35% من أنشطة الصيدليات المجتمعية والمجمعات الطبية، و65% في أنشطة المستشفيات، و55% لأنشطة الصيدلة الأخرى.
وجاء تطبيق رفع نسب التوطين لمهن الصيدلة استنادًا إلى القرار الوزاري الذي نص على اعتماد تحديث الدليل الإجرائي لمهن الصيدلة وتطبيق حد أدنى للأجور وفق التعريفات والمسميات المهنية والاشتراطات المحددة في الدليل الإجرائي الخاص. ويهدف القرار إلى توفير فرص عمل محفزة ومستقرة للمواطنين والمواطنات في مختلف المناطق ورفع مستوى مشاركتهم في سوق العمل، وعملت الوزارة على توطين القطاعات المختلفة واستهداف الأنشطة والمهن وفقاً لأهداف رؤية 2030.
و كانت وزارة الموارد أصدرت في يناير الماضي، مجموعة من القرارات لرفع نسب التوطين في 269 مهنة بقطاعات مختلفة، وذلك بالشراكة مع عدد من الجهات
واكدت أن قرار رفع نسب التوطين في مهن الصيدلة سينفذ بالشراكة مع وزارة الصحة، وذلك في أنشطة الصيدليات المجتمعية والمجمعات الطبية إلى 35%، وأنشطة الصيدلة في المستشفيات إلى 65%، وأنشطة الصيدلة الأخرى إلى 55%، وان القرار يطبق على المنشآت التي يعمل بها 5 عاملين فأكثر في مهن الصيدلة.

According to the ministry's statement, the decision includes localizing 35% of community pharmacy activities and medical complexes, 65% in hospital activities, and 55% for other pharmacy activities.
The implementation of the increased localization rates for pharmacy professions is based on the ministerial decision that stipulated the adoption of the updated procedural guide for pharmacy professions and the application of a minimum wage according to the definitions, professional titles, and specific requirements outlined in the procedural guide. The decision aims to provide stimulating and stable job opportunities for citizens in various regions and to enhance their participation in the labor market. The ministry has worked on localizing different sectors and targeting activities and professions in line with the goals of Vision 2030.

It confirmed that the decision to raise localization rates in pharmacy professions will be implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Health, with community pharmacy activities and medical complexes set at 35%, hospital pharmacy activities at 65%, and other pharmacy activities at 55%. The decision applies to establishments employing 5 or more workers in pharmacy professions.
