نفّذ البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري أكثر من 8,000 زيارة تفتيشية خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2025، شملت مختلف المناطق والأنشطة الاقتصادية، بهدف رصد المخالفات وضمان امتثال المنشآت لنظام مكافحة التستر.
وشملت الجولات التفتيشية الأسواق المركزية، وأنشطة البيع بالتجزئة للكماليات، وإكسسوارات الملابس، والأدوات الصحية، والأجهزة الإلكترونية، والمطاعم، والصالونات الرجالية وغيرها من الأنشطة المستهدفة.
ووفقًا لبيان وزارة التجارة، فقد تلقت 1,704 بلاغات عن شبهات تستر تجاري خلال الفترة نفسها، أحيلت إلى الفرق الرقابية، وأسفرت عن ضبط مخالفات تجارية ومخالفات تتعلق بنظامي العمل والإقامة.
كما أُحيلت 147 مخالفة إلى لجنة النظر في مخالفات نظام مكافحة التستر، فيما أُحيلت 13 مخالفة إلى النيابة العامة، وبلغ إجمالي الغرامات المفروضة على المخالفين 2,189,600 ريال.
ويأتي ذلك ضمن جهود الوزارة والبرنامج الوطني لتعزيز النزاهة والشفافية في السوق السعودية، ودعم بيئة تجارية تنافسية ونظامية تواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment conducted more than 8,000 inspection visits during the second quarter of 2025, covering various regions and economic activities, with the aim of monitoring violations and ensuring compliance of establishments with the Anti-Concealment Law.
The inspection rounds included central markets, retail activities for luxury goods, clothing accessories, sanitary tools, electronic devices, restaurants, men's salons, and other targeted activities.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Commerce, 1,704 reports of suspected commercial concealment were received during the same period, which were referred to the monitoring teams, resulting in the detection of commercial violations and violations related to labor and residency regulations.
Additionally, 147 violations were referred to the committee for reviewing violations of the Anti-Concealment Law, while 13 violations were referred to the Public Prosecution, with a total of fines imposed on violators amounting to 2,189,600 riyals.
This is part of the ministry's and the national program's efforts to enhance integrity and transparency in the Saudi market, and to support a competitive and regulated business environment that aligns with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
