كشف برنامج «البناء المستدام» تضاعف عدد طلبات خدمة تقييم الاستدامة إلى ثلاثة أضعاف مقارنةً بما قُدّم خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية، وذلك عقب إطلاق المنصة الإلكترونية للبرنامج، وأتمتة إجراءات الحصول على خدماتها، وسهولة الوصول إليها، إضافة إلى تطوير خدمة فحص المباني الجاهزة؛ لتمكين المطورين العقاريين من تقديم طلبات فحص مجمعات الفلل والعمائر السكنية، مع إمكانية تحديد عدد الوحدات لكل عمارة، وتعديل المسميات والمساحات لكل وحدة على حدة.
وأوضح البرنامج، في بيان صحفي له، اليوم، أن 6 مشاريع حصلت على شهادات تقييم الاستدامة خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، بزيادة بلغت 200% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024، كما ارتفع عدد المشاريع الحاصلة على وثيقة مطابقة التصاميم بنسبة 93% ليصل إلى 29 مشروعاً.
كما سُجّل 38 مشروعاً جديداً للحصول على خدمات تقييم الاستدامة، شملت 4 مجتمعات بمساحة إجمالية تجاوزت 8 ملايين متر مربع، فيما بلغت مساحة المباني السكنية والتجارية أكثر من 700 ألف متر مربع، وأُصدر من خلال المنصة أكثر من 6 آلاف تقرير تنوعت بين تقارير فحص المباني الجاهزة وتقارير جودة البناء.
وأعلن «البناء المستدام»، بالتعاون مع الهيئة العامة للعقار، إمكانية تسجيل طلاب الجامعات المسجلين لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين في البرامج التدريبية التي يقدمها المعهد العقاري، دعماً للطلاب، وتعزيزاً لجاهزيتهم المهنية، وتمكيناً للشباب من تطوير كفاءاتهم وإنشاء حساب «مهندس معتمد» في منصة البناء المستدام.
ويُعد «تقييم الاستدامة» أول نظام تقييم سعودي طُوّر وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية المتوائمة مع كود البناء السعودي، إذ يُمكّن ملاك العقارات والمطورين من قياس مدى استدامة المباني والمجتمعات الجديدة والقائمة، من خلال نظام تصنيف شامل يغطي مرحلتي التصميم والإنشاء أو التشغيل والصيانة، ويتم التقييم بناءً على النقاط المستوفاة من معايير الاستدامة، وفق خمسة مستويات تبدأ بالمستوى الأخضر وتنتهي بالمستوى الماسي.
يُذكر أن معايير «تقييم الاستدامة» صُممت لتتناسب مع المناخ والخصائص البيئية المحلية في المملكة، وتركز على مجالات رئيسة مثل «الطاقة، والمياه، والصحة، وجودة الحياة»، بما يتماشى مع أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030.
The "Sustainable Building" program revealed that the number of sustainability assessment service requests has tripled compared to what was submitted during the past five years, following the launch of the program's electronic platform, the automation of procedures for obtaining its services, and ease of access. Additionally, the service for inspecting ready buildings has been developed to enable real estate developers to submit inspection requests for villa complexes and residential buildings, with the ability to specify the number of units for each building and modify the names and areas for each unit individually.
The program clarified, in a press statement today, that 6 projects received sustainability assessment certificates during the first half of 2025, representing a 200% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Moreover, the number of projects obtaining design compliance documents rose by 93%, reaching 29 projects.
Additionally, 38 new projects were registered to obtain sustainability assessment services, which included 4 communities with a total area exceeding 8 million square meters, while the area of residential and commercial buildings exceeded 700,000 square meters. More than 6,000 reports were issued through the platform, varying between ready building inspection reports and construction quality reports.
The "Sustainable Building" program, in collaboration with the General Authority for Real Estate, announced the possibility of registering university students enrolled with the Saudi Council of Engineers in the training programs offered by the Real Estate Institute, in support of students, enhancing their professional readiness, and enabling youth to develop their competencies and create a "Certified Engineer" account on the Sustainable Building platform.
The "Sustainability Assessment" is the first Saudi evaluation system developed according to the best global practices aligned with the Saudi Building Code, enabling property owners and developers to measure the sustainability of new and existing buildings and communities through a comprehensive classification system that covers the design and construction or operation and maintenance phases. The assessment is based on the points achieved from sustainability criteria, according to five levels starting from the green level and ending with the diamond level.
It is worth noting that the "Sustainability Assessment" criteria are designed to suit the climate and local environmental characteristics in the Kingdom, focusing on key areas such as "energy, water, health, and quality of life," in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
