أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل حدّاً في محمد بن حامد بن حميد اللهيبي الحربي (سعودي الجنسية)؛ لإقدامه على ارتكاب عدد من الجرائم الإرهابية تمثلت في قتله أربعة من أفراد أسرته أثناء نومهم وهم (والدته، وشقيقته وطفلاها)، وذلك بطعنهم بأداة حادة تنفيذاً لأهداف التنظيم الإرهابي المؤيد له.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله حدّاً لبشاعة جريمته وقتله المجني عليهم غيلة وهم في مأمن منه أثناء نومهم، وأصبح الحكم نهائيّاً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل حدّاً بحق الجاني اليوم الثلاثاء 6 / 1 / 1447هـ الموافق 1 / 7 / 2025 م بمنطقة المدينة المنورة.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين ويسفك دماءهم، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the execution of the death penalty for Mohammed bin Hamid bin Humaid Al-Hubaishi Al-Harbi (a Saudi national); for committing a number of terrorist crimes that involved killing four members of his family while they were asleep, namely (his mother, his sister, and her two children), by stabbing them with a sharp object in furtherance of the goals of the terrorist organization he supported.
Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing those crimes. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentencing him to death due to the heinous nature of his crime and the murder of the victims while they were in a place of safety during their sleep. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally determined.
The death penalty was executed against the perpetrator today, Tuesday, 6/1/1447 AH, corresponding to 1/7/2025 AD, in the Medina region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintaining security, achieving justice, and implementing the rulings of Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe, sheds their blood, and violates their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
