دشن أمير منطقة تبوك الأمير فهد بن سلطان، بمكتبه بالإمارة أمس، بحضور نائبه الأمير خالد بن سعود بن عبدالله الفيصل بن عبدالعزيز، ووزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، مبادرة بنك التنمية الاجتماعية، «جادة 30».
واستمع لشرح من الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك التنمية الاجتماعية المهندس سلطان بن عبدالعزيز الحميدي، عن المبادرة التي تهدف إلى توفير مساحات عمل مشتركة لدعم المشاريع الصغيرة والناشئة، وتعزيز ريادة الأعمال والابتكار، وربط المستفيدين بالجهات التمويلية. منوهاً بالدّعم الذي يلقاه البنك من القيادة.
ورعى أمير تبوك توقيع 7 مذكرات تفاهم واتفاقيات إستراتيجية، شملت دعم مراكز التأهيل الشامل بالأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، وتمكين المستفيدين من السجناء المفرج عنهم عبر التدريب والتأهيل المهني، ورفع الوعي الأسري وتعزيز أدوارها التربوية والاجتماعية من خلال دراسات ومبادرات موجهة، ودعم وتمكين رواد الأعمال والمنشآت الناشئة والصغيرة والأسر المنتجة، وخلق الوظائف، وتعزيز المساهمة في الناتج المحلي، وإنشاء حاضنات أعمال، ورفع كفاءة المستفيدين من خلال برامج تدريبية.
وأكد أمير تبوك أن هذه الاتفاقيات سيكون لها أثر كبير في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من خلال دعم الفئات المستهدفة بالمجتمع، مثنيا على جهود وزير الموارد الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية وقال: «أنا فخور بما يقوم به الوزير وزملاؤه بحكم عملي سابقاً بوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية التي أصبحت الآن وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، متمنياً لهم التوفيق».
من جانبه، أعرب الوزير الراجحي عن شكره وتقديره لأمير منطقة تبوك على ما يلقاه القطاع من دعم واهتمام منه، مؤكداً أن هذه المبادرات والاتفاقيات تمثّل ركيزة لتنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة، تُسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة، وتمكين الفئات المستفيدة، وتعزيز الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص في تحقيق مستهدفات سوق العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية.
من جهة ثانية، استقبل أمير منطقة تبوك، بحضور نائبه في مكتبه بالإمارة، الوزير الراجحي، وعدد من قيادات الوزارة وجرى خلال الاستقبال استعراض جهود الوزارة ومشاريعها القائمة في المنطقة، ومناقشة خططها المستقبلية التي تتماشى مع إستراتيجية سوق العمل والبرامج التنموية، بما يعزز تحقيق أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030، وقدم الوزير الراجحي موجزاً عن جهود الوزارة في المنطقة، التي تهدف إلى دعم وتمكين شباب وشابات المنطقة، والفئات المستفيدة من خدماتها، للارتقاء بمنظومة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، وفق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Prince of Tabuk, Prince Fahd bin Sultan, inaugurated yesterday at his office in the emirate, in the presence of his deputy, Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, and the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, the initiative of the Social Development Bank, "Jada 30".
He listened to an explanation from the CEO of the Social Development Bank, Engineer Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Humaidi, about the initiative, which aims to provide shared workspaces to support small and emerging projects, enhance entrepreneurship and innovation, and connect beneficiaries with funding entities. He noted the support the bank receives from the leadership.
The Prince of Tabuk sponsored the signing of 7 memoranda of understanding and strategic agreements, which included supporting comprehensive rehabilitation centers with medicines and medical supplies, enabling beneficiaries from released prisoners through training and vocational rehabilitation, raising family awareness and enhancing their educational and social roles through targeted studies and initiatives, supporting and empowering entrepreneurs and emerging and small enterprises, creating jobs, enhancing contributions to the local economy, establishing business incubators, and improving the efficiency of beneficiaries through training programs.
The Prince of Tabuk emphasized that these agreements will have a significant impact on achieving the desired goals by supporting the targeted groups in the community, praising the efforts of the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and saying: "I am proud of what the minister and his colleagues are doing, given my previous work at the Ministry of Social Affairs, which has now become the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, wishing them success."
For his part, Minister Al-Rajhi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince of Tabuk for the support and attention the sector receives from him, confirming that these initiatives and agreements represent a cornerstone for sustainable economic and social development, contributing to improving the quality of life, empowering the beneficiary groups, and enhancing partnership with the private sector in achieving the objectives of the labor market and social development.
On another note, the Prince of Tabuk received, in the presence of his deputy at his office in the emirate, Minister Al-Rajhi, along with several leaders from the ministry. During the reception, they reviewed the ministry's efforts and ongoing projects in the region and discussed its future plans that align with the labor market strategy and developmental programs, enhancing the achievement of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Minister Al-Rajhi provided a summary of the ministry's efforts in the region, which aim to support and empower the youth of the region and the beneficiary groups from its services, to elevate the human resources and social development system, in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
