كشف تقرير تحول القطاع الصحي لعام 2024 تقدماً ملموساً في تحقيق مستهدف تحسين جودة وكفاءة الخدمات الصحية.
وأشار التقرير إلى تضاعف أعداد المستفيدين من نموذج مسارات وخدمات نموذج الرعاية الصحية السعودي في التجمعات الصحية بالمملكة، إذ تجاوز عدد المستفيدين 33 مليوناً بنهاية 2024 بزيادة تصل إلى 145% عن العام السابق.
وأوضح التقرير أن معدل الرضا العام عن الخدمات الطبية بلغ 83.38% بنهاية 2024. وأشار إلى ارتفاع عدد المستفيدين من خدمات التغطية التأمينية ليصل إلى أكثر من 13 مليون مستفيد.
وفي جانب تمكين الكوادر الصحية، تجاوز عدد خريجي برامج البورد السعودي 30 ألف خريج منذ بدايتها، بينما سجلت مقاعد البورد ارتفاعاً بنسبة 71% مقارنة بعام 2021.
وتواصل المملكة تعزيز بيئاتها الصحية من خلال التوسع في برنامج المدن الصحية؛ فقد اعتُمدت 16 مدينة صحية خلال العام، لتصبح المملكة بذلك أعلى دول الإقليم من حيث عدد المدن الصحية المعتمدة وفق معايير منظمة الصحة العالمية.
A report on the transformation of the health sector for 2024 revealed significant progress in achieving the target of improving the quality and efficiency of health services.
The report indicated that the number of beneficiaries from the pathways and services of the Saudi healthcare model in health clusters across the Kingdom has doubled, surpassing 33 million beneficiaries by the end of 2024, an increase of up to 145% compared to the previous year.
The report clarified that the overall satisfaction rate with medical services reached 83.38% by the end of 2024. It also noted an increase in the number of beneficiaries from insurance coverage services, reaching over 13 million beneficiaries.
In terms of empowering health personnel, the number of graduates from Saudi board programs has exceeded 30,000 since their inception, while the number of board seats recorded a 71% increase compared to 2021.
The Kingdom continues to enhance its health environments by expanding the healthy cities program; 16 healthy cities were accredited during the year, making the Kingdom the highest in the region in terms of the number of accredited healthy cities according to World Health Organization standards.
