زار قائد القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي اللواء ساهر بن محمد الحربي، مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، وكان في استقباله قائد المركز الوطني للعمليات الأمنية العميد عمر بن عيضة الطلحي.
وتجول قائد القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي، في أقسام المركز، واطلع على آلية سير العمل وكيفية التعامل مع البلاغات والاتصالات الواردة للمركز وإحالتها إلى الجهة المختصة في أسرع وقت ومتابعتها حتى انتهائها بدقة واحترافية عالية، وفق أحدث الوسائل التقنية الموحدة، لتقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن بعدة لغات على مدار 24 ساعة.
يذكر أن مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) بمنطقة مكة المكرمة يخدم (16) محافظة، بجانب مدينة مكة المكرمة، ووحد عمل (47) غرفة عمليات في مكان واحد وبرقم طوارئ موحد هو (911)، ويختص باستقبال جميع المكالمات الطارئة الخاصة بعدد من الجهات الأمنية والخدمية.
The Commander of the Special Forces for Environmental Security, Major General Saher bin Mohammed Al-Harbi, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah region, where he was received by the Commander of the National Security Operations Center, Brigadier General Omar bin Aida Al-Talhi.
The Commander of the Special Forces for Environmental Security toured the center's departments and learned about the workflow and how to handle incoming reports and calls to the center, referring them to the relevant authorities as quickly as possible and following up on them until their resolution with high accuracy and professionalism, using the latest unified technical means to provide the best services to the guests of Allah in several languages around the clock.
It is worth mentioning that the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah region serves (16) governorates, in addition to the city of Makkah, and unifies the work of (47) operations rooms in one place with a unified emergency number of (911), specializing in receiving all emergency calls related to several security and service entities.
