كشف المجلس الصحي السعودي الاشتراطات الصحية اللازمة لأداء فريضة الحج، ومنها ضرورة تلقي ثلاثة لقاحات أساسية لضمان السلامة (لقاح الحمى الشوكية النيسيرية للوقاية من التهاب السحايا، ولقاح فايروس كورونا -كوفيد-19- وفق أحدث البروتوكولات الصحية المعتمدة، ولقاح الإنفلونزا الموسمية).
وشدد المجلس على أنَّ تلقي هذه اللقاحات يُعد شرطاً أساسياً لأداء مناسك الحج، في إطار الإجراءات الوقائية المعتمدة للحد من تفشي الأمراض المعدية، والحفاظ على الصحة العامة في مواسم التجمعات الكبرى.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء ضمن الجهود الوطنية لتعزيز الأمن الصحي في المشاعر المقدسة، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الوقاية والسلامة للحجاج من مختلف دول العالم.

The Saudi Health Council has revealed the health requirements necessary for performing the Hajj pilgrimage, including the need to receive three essential vaccines to ensure safety (the meningococcal vaccine to prevent meningitis, the COVID-19 vaccine according to the latest approved health protocols, and the seasonal flu vaccine).
The Council emphasized that receiving these vaccines is a fundamental requirement for performing the rituals of Hajj, as part of the approved preventive measures to limit the spread of infectious diseases and to maintain public health during major gathering seasons.
This measure is part of national efforts to enhance health security in the holy sites and to achieve the highest levels of prevention and safety for pilgrims from various countries around the world.
