شارك فرع هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي بمنطقة نجران، بتقديم عدد من الخدمات لحجاج بيت الله الحرام القادمين من اليمن عبر منفذ الوديعة الحدودي.
وأوضح مدير الفرع محمد العسيري، أن الفرع يقوم بتقديم الخدمات الإسعافية الطبية والإنسانية للحجاج القادمين عبر المنفذ والمتجهين برّاً للمشاعر المقدسة، مبيناً أنه جرى وضع عدد من اللوحات التوعوية والترحيبية بضيوف الرحمن في العديد من المواقع للترحيب بهم والتشرف بخدمتهم، وتقديم المواد التثقيفية والهدايا التذكارية لهم.
وأشار إلى أنه تم تشغيل مركز إسعاف موسمي في المنخلي على طريق شرورة - سلطانة، إضافةً إلى رفع الجاهزية في المراكز الواقعة على الطرق المؤدية إلى مكة المكرمة، وجميع مراكز الإسعاف والقيادة والتحكم بالمنطقة البالغ عددها 17 مركزاً إسعافياً بـ64 فرقة إسعافية، تعمل على مدار الساعة لتلقي البلاغات عن الحالات الإسعافية على رقم الطوارئ 997.

The branch director, Mohammed Al-Asiri, explained that the branch is providing medical and humanitarian emergency services to the pilgrims arriving through the crossing and heading by land to the holy sites. He indicated that several awareness and welcoming signs for the guests of God have been placed in various locations to welcome them and honorably serve them, as well as to provide educational materials and souvenirs.
He pointed out that a seasonal ambulance center has been activated in Al-Mankhali on the Sharurah - Sultanah road, in addition to raising readiness in the centers located on the roads leading to Mecca, and all ambulance and command and control centers in the region, which number 17 ambulance centers with 64 ambulance teams, operating around the clock to receive reports of emergency cases at the emergency number 997.
