طرحت منصة «استطلاع» التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية 35 مشروعاً ذا صلة بالشأن الاقتصادي والتنموي، بالتعاون مع 15 جهة حكومية؛ لتمكين العموم والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص من إبداء المرئيات والمقترحات حولها قبل إقرارها.
وتضمنت أبرز المشاريع المطروحة في المنصة مشروع «الاشتراطات البلدية للعربات المتنقلة»؛ الذي تهدف منه وزارة البلديات والإسكان إلى تطوير وتحسين بيئة الأعمال بطريقة تحقق الطموحات والأهداف العامة للفرد والمجتمع. وتتيح المنصة الاستطلاع على المشروع حتى 28 من الشهر الجاري.
وطرحت الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين مشروع «تعديل اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة»؛ الذي يهدف إلى تنظيم عملية إصدار تراخيص مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة، وينتهي الاستطلاع عليه بتاريخ 29 مايو الجاري.
وقدمت وزارة السياحة مشروع «تعديل جدول مخالفات نشاط خدمات السفر والسياحة»، الذي تسعى من خلاله الوزارة إلى تحديث وتطوير جدول المخالفات لضمان مواكبته للتغيرات التنظيمية، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع في الـ8 من يونيو القادم.
من جانبها، طرحت الهيئة العامة للموانئ مشروع «تعديل نظام رسوم وأجور خدمات الموانئ»؛ الذي تهدف منه إلى رفع جودة وكفاءة العمليات التشغيلية، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 19 يونيو 2025.
يشار إلى أن طرح مشاريع الأنظمة واللوائح وما في حكمها من خلال منصة «استطلاع» يأتي في إطار التأكيد على تعزيز الشفافية في البيئة التشريعية ونشر ثقافة الاستطلاع لدى العموم، والجهات الحكومية، والقطاع الخاص، وإشراكهم في صياغة المشاريع المتعلقة ببيئة الأعمال.
The "Istital" platform, affiliated with the National Center for Competitiveness, has launched 35 projects related to economic and developmental matters, in collaboration with 15 government entities; to enable the public, government agencies, and the private sector to express their views and suggestions on them before they are approved.
Among the most prominent projects presented on the platform is the "Municipal Requirements for Mobile Units" project; which the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing aims to develop and improve the business environment in a way that achieves the aspirations and general objectives of individuals and society. The platform allows for feedback on the project until the 28th of this month.
The Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants has proposed the "Amendment of the Executive Regulations of the Accounting and Auditing Profession Law"; which aims to regulate the process of issuing licenses for the accounting and auditing profession, with the survey ending on May 29 of this month.
The Ministry of Tourism has presented the project "Amendment of the Violations Schedule for Travel and Tourism Services," through which the ministry seeks to update and develop the violations schedule to ensure it keeps pace with regulatory changes, with the survey on the project ending on June 8 of the coming month.
For its part, the General Authority for Ports has proposed the project "Amendment of the Fees and Charges for Port Services"; which aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of operational processes, with the survey on the project ending on June 19, 2025.
It is worth noting that the presentation of regulatory and legislative projects through the "Istital" platform comes as part of the commitment to enhance transparency in the legislative environment and promote a culture of consultation among the public, government entities, and the private sector, involving them in shaping projects related to the business environment.
