تفقد مدير عام الجوازات المكلف قائد قوات الجوازات للحج اللواء الدكتور صالح بن سعد المربع، لجنة تصاريح دخول العاصمة المقدسة بمقرها في مكة المكرمة.
واطّلع اللواء المربع على آلية سير العمل في اللجنة، مؤكداً أهمية معالجة جميع الطلبات الواردة بشأن إصدار تصاريح الدخول للعاصمة المقدسة بسرعة ودقة.
يذكر أن الجوازات بدأت في استقبال طلبات إصدار تصاريح دخول العاصمة المقدسة إلكترونياً للمقيمين العاملين خلال موسم الحج عبر منصة وزارة الداخلية الإلكترونية «أبشر» وبوابة مقيم، إضافة إلى التطبيق الوطني الشامل (توكلنا) دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة مقار إدارات الجوازات، حيث تتكامل هذه المنصة مع المنصة الرقمية الموحدة لتصاريح الحج «منصة تصريح» التي أطلقتها وزارة الداخلية، بالشراكة مع الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا» المطورة للمنصة.
ويأتي ذلك بهدف تعزيز التكامل التقني بين الجهات الحكومية والخدمية بالحج وتوحيد الإجراءات وتنظيمها والتنسيق بينها خلال مواسم الحج، إضافةً إلى الإسهام في تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية تمكّن ضيوف الرحمن من أداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات برنامج ضيوف الرحمن أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Acting Director General of Passports and Commander of the Hajj Passport Forces, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, inspected the Entry Permit Committee for the Holy Capital at its headquarters in Mecca.
Major General Al-Murabba reviewed the workflow mechanism in the committee, emphasizing the importance of processing all incoming requests for entry permits to the Holy Capital quickly and accurately.
It is worth mentioning that the passports department has started receiving requests for issuing entry permits to the Holy Capital electronically for resident workers during the Hajj season through the Ministry of Interior's electronic platform "Absher" and the Muqeem portal, in addition to the comprehensive national application (Tawakkalna), without the need to visit passport department offices. This platform integrates with the unified digital platform for Hajj permits "Permit Platform," which was launched by the Ministry of Interior in partnership with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority "SDAIA," which developed the platform.
This initiative aims to enhance technical integration between government and service entities during Hajj, unify and organize procedures, and coordinate them during Hajj seasons, in addition to contributing to providing high-quality services that enable the guests of Allah to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance, in line with the objectives of the Guests of Allah Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
