نوه نائب أمير منطقة الرياض الأمير محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن عبدالعزيز، بمضامين الخطاب الملكي الذي ألقاه نيابةً عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، في افتتاح أعمال السنة الثالثة من الدورة التاسعة لمجلس الشورى.
وأوضح أن الخطاب الملكي بما تضمنه من مرتكزات إستراتيجية وتوجهات شاملة يجسد حرص القيادة الرشيدة على رفعة الوطن ورفاهية المواطن، وترسيخ المكانة الرائدة للمملكة على الأصعدة كافة.
وقال نائب أمير منطقة الرياض: «لقد أكد الخطاب الملكي متانة الاقتصاد السعودي ونجاحه في تنويع مصادر الدخل، حيث سجلت الصادرات غير النفطية نموًا بنسبة (155%) مقارنة بعام 2016م».
وأضاف «إن ما أشار إليه ولي العهد في الخطاب الملكي من إنجازات تحققت خلال عشر سنوات حافلة من رؤية 2030، حيث حققت فيها مؤشرات الأداء لبرامج وإستراتيجيات الرؤية (93 %) من مستهدفاتها، يجسد الجهد الذي تبذله القيادة الرشيدة في تعزيز العمل الحكومي ودعم شباب وشابات الوطن للعمل بأداء وكفاءة وتعزيز كل نجاح».
ولفت النظر إلى ما تضمنه الخطاب من إشادة بالإنجازات التي جعلت المملكة وجهة عالمية تستقطب الشركات الكبرى، حيث تتقدم المملكة عالميًا في الكثير من المؤشرات؛ منها المرتبة الأولى في مؤشر الجاهزية الرقمية، ومؤشر تنمية الاتصالات والتقنية ومؤشر الأمن السيبراني، والمرتبة الثانية في مؤشر نضج الحكومات الرقمية، إلى جانب دخول المملكة قائمة الدول العشر الأكبر جاذبية للاستثمار التعديني.
وثمّن المواقف الثابتة التي أكدها الخطاب تجاه القضايا العربية والإسلامية، والتزام المملكة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني في الحصول على حقوقه المشروعة، ودعم الشرعية للحكومة اليمنية، والتأكيد على موقف المملكة الثابت والداعم لوحدة السودان واستقراره والمحافظة على مؤسساته الشرعية، مشيرًا إلى أنها تعكس رسوخ سياسة المملكة الخارجية القائمة على نصرة الحق، وتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة والعالم، مع التأكيد على بذل كل جهد ممكن لخفض التصعيد ودعم الحلول الدبلوماسية دون أدنى تهاون في حفظ أمن المملكة، وعدم التردد بالرد الحازم على أي تهديد أو اعتداء يستهدف المساس به.
واختتم الأمير محمد بن عبدالرحمن تصريحه بالتأكيد على أن الخطاب الملكي عكس بجلاء عناية القيادة الرشيدة بالمواطن أولًا، وحرصها الدائم على استمرار مسيرة النهضة والتطوير حيث يمثل الخطاب مرجعًا وطنيًا يسترشد به في خدمة الوطن والمواطن، بما يتضمنه من مضامين ترسم توجُّهات الدولة وأولوياتها، سائلًا المولى أن يديم على هذه البلاد نعمة الأمن والاستقرار والازدهار في ظل قيادتها الحكيمة.
The Deputy Emir of the Riyadh Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, praised the contents of the royal speech delivered on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, during the opening of the third year of the ninth session of the Shura Council.
He explained that the royal speech, with its strategic foundations and comprehensive directions, embodies the leadership's commitment to the elevation of the nation and the welfare of its citizens, and to reinforcing the Kingdom's leading position on all fronts.
The Deputy Emir of Riyadh stated: "The royal speech confirmed the robustness of the Saudi economy and its success in diversifying sources of income, as non-oil exports recorded a growth rate of (155%) compared to 2016."
He added, "What the Crown Prince mentioned in the royal speech regarding the achievements realized over ten fruitful years of Vision 2030, where the performance indicators for the programs and strategies of the vision achieved (93%) of their targets, reflects the effort exerted by the wise leadership in enhancing government work and supporting the youth of the nation to perform with efficiency and to promote every success."
He pointed out the speech's commendation of the achievements that have made the Kingdom a global destination attracting major companies, as the Kingdom ranks globally in many indicators; including first place in the Digital Readiness Index, the Communications and Technology Development Index, and the Cybersecurity Index, and second place in the Digital Government Maturity Index, in addition to the Kingdom entering the list of the top ten most attractive countries for mining investment.
He valued the steadfast positions emphasized in the speech regarding Arab and Islamic issues, the Kingdom's commitment to the rights of the Palestinian people to obtain their legitimate rights, support for the legitimacy of the Yemeni government, and the affirmation of the Kingdom's consistent and supportive stance for the unity and stability of Sudan and the preservation of its legitimate institutions, noting that these reflect the firmness of the Kingdom's foreign policy based on supporting justice and enhancing security and stability in the region and the world, while emphasizing the utmost effort to de-escalate tensions and support diplomatic solutions without any compromise in preserving the Kingdom's security, and not hesitating to respond firmly to any threat or aggression targeting it.
Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman concluded his statement by affirming that the royal speech clearly reflected the leadership's care for the citizen first, and its constant concern for the continuation of the renaissance and development journey, as the speech represents a national reference to be guided by in serving the nation and the citizen, with its contents outlining the state's directions and priorities, asking the Almighty to continue bestowing security, stability, and prosperity upon this country under its wise leadership.
