I extend my highest congratulations and blessings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Prime Minister - may God protect them, and to the honorable Saudi people on the occasion of the Saudi National Day. This national occasion represents an important historical milestone to recall the journey of construction, unity, and development that the Kingdom has witnessed since its establishment by the founding king, Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud - may he rest in peace.
The celebration of National Day embodies pride in the achievements of a nation that, within a few decades, has managed to achieve comprehensive developmental transformations and qualitative leaps in various economic, social, and scientific fields, and has solidified its position among the most influential and present countries at both the regional and global levels, thanks to its wise leadership and ambitious strategic vision that places the human being at the center of development and its goal.
The Kingdom is currently experiencing an exceptional phase of development and empowerment under Vision 2030, launched by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which has contributed to accelerating the pace of comprehensive development, enhancing the efficiency of vital sectors, raising the level of national competitiveness, and solidifying the Kingdom's position as a global model in strategic planning and sustainable development.
The education sector is one of the most important national enablers to achieve the objectives of the vision due to its pivotal role in building national capacities, developing human capital, and empowering generations to contribute to the knowledge economy and the making of the future. The support and attention that education receives from the wise leadership have contributed to the development of the educational system, raising the quality of its outputs, and enhancing its ability to keep pace with global changes and national development requirements. Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University continues to fulfill its academic and national mission by developing academic programs, enhancing the quality of education and learning, stimulating research and innovation, and expanding local and international partnerships, contributing to the preparation of graduates who possess the scientific and professional competencies and national values that enable them to effectively contribute to serving their country and achieving its future aspirations.
The Saudi National Day represents a renewed opportunity to enhance the values of belonging and loyalty to the homeland and leadership, and to draw lessons from the journey of the founding fathers who laid the foundations of a solid state based on the principles of unity, stability, and development. This occasion also serves as an incentive to continue working, giving, and innovating, and to feel the national responsibility to preserve achievements and build upon them to achieve further progress and prosperity. I ask God Almighty to protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its wise leadership, to continue blessing the homeland with security, stability, and prosperity, to bless its developmental journey, and to grant the honorable Saudi people continued progress and prosperity.
