أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً في سليمان أمجد أمجد حسين، باكستاني الجنسية، لإقدامه على ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية تمثلت في قيامه عمداً وعدواناً بقتل وافد نتيجة تأثره بالفكر الإرهابي، وحيازة السلاح والتخطيط لقتل آخرين.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله تعزيراً، وأصبح الحكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً، وقد تم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بالجاني (الثلاثاء) 04/04/1448هـ الموافق 15/09/2026م بمنطقة القصيم.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty in the case of Suleiman Amjad Amjad Hussein, a Pakistani national, for committing terrorist crimes that involved intentionally and aggressively killing an expatriate due to his influence by extremist ideology, as well as possession of weapons and planning to kill others.
Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned individual, and the investigation revealed charges against him for committing those crimes. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentenced him to death. The ruling became final after it was appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided. The death penalty was carried out against the perpetrator on (Tuesday) 04/04/1448 AH corresponding to 15/09/2026 AD in the Al-Qassim region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to reaffirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe and violates their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
