نبه المركز الوطني للأرصاد عن رصده لمعلومات نُشرت حول ما يُسمى بـ«القبة المناخية»، وربطها بتغيرات حالة الطقس، وإيهام المجتمع والجهات بزيادة فرص هطول الأمطار بكميات غير مسبوقة، وقدرتها على التحكم في المناخ.
وأكد الأرصاد أنه لا صحة لهذه المعلومات، وأنه لا يوجد مصطلح علمي أو فني على مستوى أجهزة الأرصاد أو المنظمات المتخصصة باسم «القبة المناخية».
وكشف الأرصاد عن استدعاء ناشر معلومات ما يُسمى «القبة المناخية»، لاتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية التي تكفل حماية المجتمع والصالح العام، بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة المختصة.
وحث الأرصاد الجميع على عدم الانسياق خلف هذه المعلومات مع التأكيد على أهمية استقاء المعلومات المتعلقة بالطقس والمناخ من مصادرها الرسمية.
The National Center of Meteorology has warned about the information published regarding what is called the "climate dome," linking it to changes in weather conditions, and misleading the community and authorities about the increased chances of unprecedented rainfall amounts and its ability to control the climate.
The meteorological authority confirmed that this information is not accurate, and that there is no scientific or technical term at the level of meteorological agencies or specialized organizations called "climate dome."
The meteorological authority revealed that it has summoned the publisher of the information regarding the so-called "climate dome" to take legal actions that ensure the protection of the community and the public interest, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
The meteorological authority urged everyone not to be swayed by this information, emphasizing the importance of obtaining weather and climate-related information from official sources.
