وقّعت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في العاصمة الطاجيكية دوشنبه، اليوم، برنامجاً تنفيذياً لمذكرة التفاهم الموقعة في مجال الشؤون الإسلامية مع لجنة الشؤون الدينية وتنظيم التقاليد والاحتفالات والمراسم لدى حكومة جمهورية طاجيكستان، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق المشترك بين الجانبين في المجالات الإسلامية والدعوية.
ووقّع البرنامج عن الشؤون الإسلامية وكيل الوزارة الدكتور عواد بن سبتي العنزي، فيما وقّعه عن الجانب الطاجيكي النائب الأول لرئيس اللجنة تاج الدين عبدالله زاده، بحضور سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية طاجيكستان خالد بن عبدالله الشمراني، وعدد من المسؤولين من الجانبين.
ويتضمن البرنامج التنفيذي إقامة دورات علمية مشتركة لتأهيل العاملين في مجال الشؤون الإسلامية والأئمة والخطباء والمؤذنين، والتعريف بسماحة الإسلام وبيان محاسنه، ومواجهة الغلو والتطرف، وبيان موقف الإسلام من القضايا المعاصرة، إلى جانب تزويد الجانب الطاجيكي بنسخ من إصدارات مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف وترجمات معانيه، وإصدارات الوزارة من المطبوعات والكتب.
كما يشمل البرنامج تبادل الدعوات للمشاركة في الندوات والمؤتمرات الإسلامية ومسابقات حفظ القرآن الكريم وتجويده وتفسيره التي تُنظم في البلدين، وعقد لقاء علمي في مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف بالمدينة المنورة؛ للاطلاع على تجربة المملكة وخبراتها في خدمة القرآن الكريم وترجمة معانيه، وتنظيم معارض مشتركة للتعريف بالإسلام، إلى جانب عقد جلسات عمل مشتركة بالتناوب في مجال عمارة المساجد وصيانتها.
ويأتي توقيع البرنامج التنفيذي امتداداً لجهود وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في تعزيز حضور المملكة ورسالتها الإسلامية عالمياً، وتوثيق التعاون مع الجهات المعنية بالشؤون الإسلامية في مختلف الدول، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance signed today in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe, an executive program for the memorandum of understanding signed in the field of Islamic affairs with the Committee on Religious Affairs and the Organization of Traditions, Celebrations, and Ceremonies of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as part of enhancing cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides in Islamic and advocacy fields.
The program was signed on behalf of the Islamic Affairs by the Deputy Minister Dr. Awad bin Sabti Al-Anzi, while it was signed on the Tajik side by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Taj al-Din Abdullah Zadeh, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Tajikistan, Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Shamrani, and a number of officials from both sides.
The executive program includes holding joint scientific courses to qualify workers in the field of Islamic affairs, imams, preachers, and callers to prayer, introducing the tolerance of Islam and highlighting its virtues, confronting extremism and radicalism, and clarifying Islam's stance on contemporary issues, in addition to providing the Tajik side with copies of the publications of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran and translations of its meanings, as well as the ministry's publications and books.
The program also includes the exchange of invitations to participate in Islamic seminars, conferences, and competitions for memorizing, reciting, and interpreting the Holy Quran organized in both countries, and holding a scientific meeting at the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Medina; to learn about the Kingdom's experience and expertise in serving the Holy Quran and translating its meanings, and organizing joint exhibitions to introduce Islam, in addition to holding joint working sessions alternately in the field of mosque construction and maintenance.
The signing of the executive program comes as an extension of the efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in enhancing the Kingdom's presence and its Islamic message globally, and strengthening cooperation with relevant entities in Islamic affairs in various countries, as well as exchanging experiences and practices in areas of mutual interest.
