استقبل أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، في مكتبه اليوم، مدير عام التعليم بالمنطقة الشرقية الدكتورة منيرة بدر المهاشير، برفقة طلاب وطالبات المنطقة الحاصلين على جوائز دولية.
وهنّأ الطلاب والطالبات على ما حققوه من إنجازات مشرفة في المحافل العلمية الدولية، مشيداً بما عكسوه من مستوى علمي مميز، مؤكداً أن هذه النتائج تجسد ما يمتلكه أبناء وبنات الوطن من قدرات وإمكانات واعدة، وما يحظون به من رعاية واهتمام من القيادة يسهمان في تمكينهم من المنافسة وتحقيق الإنجازات على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، متمنياً لهم دوام التوفيق ومواصلة مسيرة التميز.
وقدّمت المهاشير لأمير المنطقة الشرقية عرضاً عن أبرز ما حققه أبناء وبنات المنطقة من إنجازات في عدد من الأولمبيادات والمسابقات العلمية الدولية، شملت أولمبياد العلوم النووية الدولي الذي أُقيم بمحافظة جدة بمشاركة 19 دولة، وحقق خلاله الطلبة ميداليات ذهبية وفضية وبرونزية، وأولمبياد الذكاء الاصطناعي الدولي في جمهورية كازاخستان، وحقق خلاله الطالب ميدالية برونزية، والأولمبياد الدولي الحادي والعشرين للمواصفات في جمهورية كوريا الجنوبية، وحققوا خلاله ميداليات بلاتينية وفضية وبرونزية ضمن مشاركة المنتخب السعودي للمواصفات، وأولمبياد الفيزياء الدولي في جمهورية كولومبيا، وحققوا خلاله ميداليات فضية وبرونزية، وأولمبياد الرياضيات الدولي في جمهورية الصين، وحققوا خلاله ميداليات برونزية، وأولمبياد المعلوماتية الدولي في جمهورية أوزبكستان، وحقق خلاله الطالب ميدالية فضية.
وأكّدت المهاشير أن اهتمام أمير المنطقة الشرقية يمثّل دافعاً لمنسوبي التعليم لمواصلة اكتشاف المواهب ورعايتها، وتوفير البيئة التعليمية المحفزة التي تسهم في صناعة المزيد من قصص النجاح والتميز.
The Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, received today in his office the Director General of Education in the Eastern Province, Dr. Munira Badr Al-Mahashir, accompanied by students from the region who have won international awards.
He congratulated the students on their impressive achievements in international scientific forums, praising the exceptional academic level they demonstrated. He emphasized that these results reflect the capabilities and promising potential of the sons and daughters of the nation, as well as the care and attention they receive from the leadership, which contributes to empowering them to compete and achieve accomplishments at both the regional and international levels, wishing them continued success and the continuation of their path of excellence.
Al-Mahashir presented to the Prince of the Eastern Province an overview of the most notable achievements of the sons and daughters of the region in several international olympiads and scientific competitions. These included the International Nuclear Science Olympiad held in Jeddah with the participation of 19 countries, where students won gold, silver, and bronze medals, the International Artificial Intelligence Olympiad in the Republic of Kazakhstan, where a student won a bronze medal, the 21st International Olympiad for Standards in the Republic of South Korea, where they won platinum, silver, and bronze medals as part of the Saudi Standards team, the International Physics Olympiad in the Republic of Colombia, where they won silver and bronze medals, the International Mathematics Olympiad in the People's Republic of China, where they won bronze medals, and the International Informatics Olympiad in the Republic of Uzbekistan, where a student won a silver medal.
Al-Mahashir confirmed that the interest of the Prince of the Eastern Province serves as a motivation for education staff to continue discovering and nurturing talents, and to provide a stimulating educational environment that contributes to creating more success and excellence stories.
