نشرت الهيئة العامة للنقل ملخص ثلاثة قرارات صادرة بحق مخالفين غير سعوديين، لارتكابهم مخالفات مرتبطة بنقل الركاب بالسيارات الخاصة دون الحصول على ترخيص، وتضمنت القرارات غرامات مالية بلغ مجموعها (35000) ريال، إضافة إلى إبعاد المخالفين عن المملكة العربية السعودية.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن القرار رقم (1/ي/2026) صدر بحق مخالف مصري الجنسية، لقيامه بنقل الركاب بالسيارة الخاصة دون الحصول على ترخيص، وتضمن غرامة مالية قدرها (12000) ريال، والإبعاد عن المملكة.
كما تضمن القرار رقم (4/ي/2026)، الصادر بحق مخالف هندي الجنسية لقيامه بنقل الركاب بالسيارة الخاصة دون الحصول على ترخيص، غرامة مالية قدرها (12000) ريال، والإبعاد عن المملكة.
فيما صدر القرار رقم (5/ي/2026) بحق مخالف تشادي الجنسية، لقيامه بالأعمال التحضيرية لنقل الركاب بالسيارة الخاصة دون الحصول على ترخيص، وتضمن غرامة مالية قدرها (11000) ريال، والإبعاد عن المملكة.
وأكدت الهيئة أن ممارسة أنشطة النقل دون الحصول على ترخيص نظامي، تعد مخالفة للأنظمة، مشددة على استمرار أعمالها الرقابية للحد من ممارسات نقل الركاب غير المرخصة، وتعزيز مستوى الامتثال في القطاع، بما يسهم في رفع جودة خدمات النقل وسلامة المستفيدين.
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن نظام النقل البري على الطرق يحظر ممارسة أنشطة النقل دون الحصول على الترخيص اللازم، ويجيز تضمين القرارات الصادرة بحق المخالفين غير السعوديين عقوبة الإبعاد عن المملكة، إلى جانب نشر ملخص القرار وفق الإجراءات النظامية المقررة.
ودعت الهيئة المستفيدين إلى التعامل مع خدمات ومنشآت النقل المرخصة، والاستفادة من خيارات النقل النظامية المتاحة.
The General Transport Authority has published a summary of three decisions issued against non-Saudi violators for committing violations related to transporting passengers in private vehicles without obtaining a license. The decisions included financial penalties totaling (35,000) Riyals, in addition to deporting the violators from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Authority clarified that decision number (1/Y/2026) was issued against an Egyptian national for transporting passengers in a private vehicle without obtaining a license, which included a financial penalty of (12,000) Riyals and deportation from the Kingdom.
Decision number (4/Y/2026), issued against an Indian national for transporting passengers in a private vehicle without obtaining a license, also included a financial penalty of (12,000) Riyals and deportation from the Kingdom.
Meanwhile, decision number (5/Y/2026) was issued against a Chadian national for undertaking preparatory work to transport passengers in a private vehicle without obtaining a license, which included a financial penalty of (11,000) Riyals and deportation from the Kingdom.
The Authority emphasized that engaging in transport activities without obtaining a legal license is a violation of regulations, stressing the continuation of its supervisory efforts to limit unauthorized passenger transport practices and enhance compliance levels in the sector, contributing to improving the quality of transport services and the safety of beneficiaries.
The Authority pointed out that the land transport system on roads prohibits engaging in transport activities without obtaining the necessary license, and allows for including deportation penalties in decisions issued against non-Saudi violators, in addition to publishing a summary of the decision according to the established legal procedures.
The Authority urged beneficiaries to deal with licensed transport services and facilities and to take advantage of the available legal transport options.
