اشترطت هيئة الطيران المدني، في تعميم حديث (اطلعت «عكاظ» عليه)، على جميع الناقلات الجوية ومشغلي الطيران الخاص العاملين بمطارات المملكة ضرورة التأكد من استيفاء المسافرين المستندات والوثائق اللازمة للدخول إلى السعودية أو الخروج منها إلى المقصد النهائي، أو مطارات يتم النقل عبرها (ترانزيت).
ووفقاً للتعميم، على جميع الناقلات الجوية ومشغلي الطيران الخاص العاملين بمطارات المملكة التحقق من متطلبات السفر المحدثة المتعلقة بالدخول والخروج والعبور المعمول بها في دول المغادرة والمقصد والعبور، من خلال القنوات الرسمية للجهات المختصة أو الأنظمة المعتمدة.
وطالبت الهيئة باتخاذ الاحتياطيات الضرورية عند نقطة الصعود إلى الطائرة للتأكد من حيازة المسافرين الوثائق التي تطلبها دول المقصد والعبور.
وشددت الهيئة على الالتزام بجميع التعاميم والأوامر والتعليمات الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني.
The General Authority of Civil Aviation has stipulated, in a recent circular (which "Okaz" has reviewed), that all airlines and private aviation operators working at the Kingdom's airports must ensure that travelers possess the necessary documents and paperwork for entry into Saudi Arabia or for departure to their final destination, or to airports through which they are transiting.
According to the circular, all airlines and private aviation operators working at the Kingdom's airports must verify the updated travel requirements related to entry, exit, and transit applicable in the countries of departure, destination, and transit, through the official channels of the relevant authorities or the approved systems.
The authority has requested that necessary precautions be taken at the boarding point to ensure that travelers have the documents required by the countries of destination and transit.
The authority emphasized the importance of adhering to all circulars, orders, and instructions issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
