تواصل أمانة منطقة عسير تنفيذ أعمال صيانة وتأهيل طريق المحالة، ضمن مشاريعها التطويرية الهادفة إلى رفع كفاءة شبكة الطرق وتحسين جودة البنية التحتية، بما يسهم في تعزيز السلامة المرورية والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للسكان والزوار.
وأوضحت الأمانة أن المشروع يشمل كشط طبقات الإسفلت المتضررة وإعادة سفلتة الطريق وفق أعلى المواصفات الفنية، بطول 8 كيلومترات في كل اتجاه، إلى جانب تنفيذ الدهانات الأرضية، وتحسين منظومة الإنارة، واستكمال عناصر السلامة المرورية.
وأكدت أن هذه الأعمال تستهدف رفع جودة الطريق، وتحسين انسيابية الحركة المرورية، وتوفير بيئة تنقل أكثر أمانًا وراحة لمستخدمي الطريق.
وبيّنت أمانة منطقة عسير أن المشروع يأتي ضمن خططها المستمرة لصيانة وتأهيل الطرق الرئيسية، ورفع جاهزيتها بما يواكب النمو العمراني والتنمية المتسارعة، ويسهم في تعزيز كفاءة البنية التحتية بالمنطقة.
The Secretariat of the Asir Region continues to carry out maintenance and rehabilitation works on Al-Muhala Road, as part of its developmental projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the road network and improving the quality of infrastructure, which contributes to enhancing traffic safety and elevating the level of services provided to residents and visitors.
The Secretariat clarified that the project includes milling the damaged asphalt layers and resurfacing the road according to the highest technical specifications, with a length of 8 kilometers in each direction, in addition to implementing ground markings, improving the lighting system, and completing traffic safety elements.
It emphasized that these works aim to enhance the quality of the road, improve the flow of traffic, and provide a safer and more comfortable transportation environment for road users.
The Secretariat of the Asir Region indicated that the project is part of its ongoing plans for the maintenance and rehabilitation of main roads, enhancing their readiness to keep pace with urban growth and rapid development, and contributing to improving the efficiency of infrastructure in the region.
