أعلنت الهيئة العامة للعقار بدء أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار لـ(167،352) قطعة عقارية في مناطق الرياض والقصيم وتبوك وحائل والشرقية، ابتداءً من يوم الأحد 2 أغسطس 2026، الموافق 19 صفر 1448هـ، وحتى نهاية يوم الخميس 5 نوفمبر 2026، الموافق 25 جمادى الأولى 1448هـ.
وأوضحت الهيئة أنّ الأحياء المستفيدة من السجل العقاري في هذه المرحلة بمنطقة الرياض في محافظة البجادية تشمل: (حي التسعين، جزءًا من حي العقيشية، جزءًا من حي صقرة، جزءًا من حي الزعيبة، جزءًا من حي القسيمة، جزءًا من حي صقرة الشمالي، حي الملك فيصل، جزءًا من حي التضامن، جزءًا من حي البلد، جزءًا من حي التضامن، جزءًا من حي البلد، جزءًا من حي التضامن، جزءًا من حي مشرفة، جزءًا من حي الذيابية، حي الصالحية، جزءًا من حي مشرفة، جزءًا من حي الذيابية، جزءًا من حي البلد، حي الشتنية، جزءًا من حي الرفيعة، جزءًا من حي البديعة، جزءًا من حي الرفيعة، حي الرديفة، حي الملك فهد، جزءًا من حي برزان، حي المسلخ، حي الياسمين، جزءًا من حي برزان، حي الصناعية، جزءًا من حي فيضة الفوازين، جزءًا من حي مركز الشرارة، جزءًا من حي المئوية، حي صحارى، جزءًا من حي القسيمة، جزءًا من حي الزعيبة، جزءًا من حي صقرة، جزءًا من حي صقرة الشمالي، جزءًا من حي البلد، حي العلوات، جزءًا من حي فيضة الفوازين، جزءًا من حي المئوية، حي الأمير سلطان، حي الفيصلية، جزءًا من حي البديعة، جزءًا من حي العقيشية، جزءًا من حي صقرة، وجزءًا من حي مركز الشرارة).

ويبدأ التسجيل في الأحياء التالية بمحافظة حلبان: (حي مخطط رقم 4، حي النزهة، حي النخيل، حي الخرائق)، والأحياء التالية في محافظة حوطة بني تميم: (جزء من حي الياسمين، حي المحمدية، جزء من حي التضامن، حي نجد، جزء من حي الجزيرة، حي السعودية، حي الروابي، حي المنار، حي المصيف)، فيما يبدأ التسجيل في محافظة المجمعة في الأحياء التالية: (حي الياسمين).
فيما سيبدأ التسجيل في عدد من القطع العقارية في المناطق التالية: منطقة تبوك (بلدة بير هرماس)، ومنطقة حائل (مدينة حائل)، وعدد من القطع العقارية في المحافظات التالية التابعة لمنطقة الرياض: (محافظة الأفلاج، محافظة الجلة وتبراك، محافظة الرويضة، محافظة الرياض، محافظة الرين، محافظة القصب، محافظة القويعية، محافظة ثادق، محافظة حريملاء).
وفي منطقة القصيم يبدأ التسجيل بالأحياء التالية ببلدة العمار: (جزء من حي الريان، جزء من حي الأفق، جزء من حي النهضة)، وعدد من القطع العقارية في بلدة الظاهرية.
وفي المنطقة الشرقية يبدأ التسجيل بالأحياء التالية بقرية الصداوي: (حي مناخ، حي أم كداد)، وببلدة الرفيعة في: (حي الورود)، مبينةً بأنَّ اختيار الأحياء تم وفق معايير محددة، وسيتم الإعلان تباعًا عن بقية المناطق والمحافظات والأحياء التي ستخضع لأعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترات القادمة.
وأشارت «هيئة العقار» إلى أن التسجيل الأول للعقارات في هذه المناطق والأحياء سيكون مُتاحًا عن طريق منصة السجل العقاري الإلكترونية https://rer.sa، أو عن طريق مراكز الخدمة، مشيرةً إلى أنّ التسجيل العيني يشترط وجود صك ملكية مستوفٍ للمتطلبات النظامية لإتمام عملية التسجيل.
ودعت الهيئة ملاَّك العقارات في المناطق والأحياء الخاضعة للتسجيل العيني إلى التحقق من صك ملكية العقار وتوفر الاشتراطات اللازمة استعدادًا لبدء التسجيل، ويمكن الاستفسار عن خطوات التسجيل من خلال المنصات الرسمية للهيئة أو عن طريق الاتصال على مركز خدمة العملاء 199002.
وابتداءً من الموعد الـمُحدد لبدء التسجيل سيصدر «رقم عقار» وصك تسجيل ملكية لكل وحدة عقارية يتم تسجيلها، سيتضمن صك تسجيل الملكية بيانات العقار وأوصافه وحالته وما يتبعه من حقوق والتزامات مرتبطة بالمعلومات الجيومكانية الدقيقة بما يُسهم في تعزيز البنية التحتية واستدامة القطاع العقاري، حيث يهدف نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار إلى رفع الموثوقية العقارية وتعزيز الشفافية في القطاع العقاري.
The General Authority for Real Estate has announced the commencement of the property registration work for (167,352) real estate pieces in the regions of Riyadh, Qassim, Tabuk, Hail, and the Eastern Province, starting from Sunday, August 2, 2026, corresponding to 19 Safar 1448 AH, until the end of Thursday, November 5, 2026, corresponding to 25 Jumada al-Awwal 1448 AH.
The Authority clarified that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry in this phase in the Riyadh region in Al-Bajadiyah Governorate include: (Al-Tas'een neighborhood, part of Al-Aqishiya neighborhood, part of Saqra neighborhood, part of Al-Zuaiba neighborhood, part of Al-Qaseema neighborhood, part of Northern Saqra neighborhood, King Faisal neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamun neighborhood, part of Al-Balad neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamun neighborhood, part of Al-Balad neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamun neighborhood, part of Al-Musharifa neighborhood, part of Al-Dhiabiya neighborhood, Al-Salihiya neighborhood, part of Al-Musharifa neighborhood, part of Al-Dhiabiya neighborhood, part of Al-Balad neighborhood, Al-Shatniya neighborhood, part of Al-Rafi'a neighborhood, part of Al-Badi'a neighborhood, part of Al-Rafi'a neighborhood, Al-Radifa neighborhood, King Fahd neighborhood, part of Al-Barzan neighborhood, Al-Maslakh neighborhood, Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, part of Al-Barzan neighborhood, Al-Sinaiya neighborhood, part of Al-Fayda Al-Fawazeen neighborhood, part of Al-Sharara Center neighborhood, part of Al-Mi'awiya neighborhood, Al-Sahari neighborhood, part of Al-Qaseema neighborhood, part of Al-Zuaiba neighborhood, part of Saqra neighborhood, part of Northern Saqra neighborhood, part of Al-Balad neighborhood, Al-Alawat neighborhood, part of Al-Fayda Al-Fawazeen neighborhood, part of Al-Mi'awiya neighborhood, Prince Sultan neighborhood, Al-Faisaliyah neighborhood, part of Al-Badi'a neighborhood, part of Al-Aqishiya neighborhood, part of Saqra neighborhood, and part of Al-Sharara Center neighborhood).

Registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in Al-Halban Governorate: (Planning neighborhood No. 4, Al-Nazha neighborhood, Al-Nakheel neighborhood, Al-Khara'iq neighborhood), and the following neighborhoods in Al-Houta Bani Tamim Governorate: (part of Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, Al-Muhammadiyah neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamun neighborhood, Al-Najd neighborhood, part of Al-Jazirah neighborhood, Al-Saudiyah neighborhood, Al-Rawabi neighborhood, Al-Manar neighborhood, Al-Musayf neighborhood), while registration will begin in Al-Majma'a Governorate in the following neighborhoods: (Al-Yasmeen neighborhood).
Registration will also begin for a number of real estate pieces in the following areas: Tabuk region (Bir Harmas village), Hail region (Hail city), and a number of real estate pieces in the following governorates belonging to the Riyadh region: (Al-Aflaj Governorate, Al-Jalah and Tabrak Governorate, Al-Ruwaida Governorate, Riyadh Governorate, Al-Rain Governorate, Al-Qasab Governorate, Al-Qwai'iyah Governorate, Thadiq Governorate, and Harimlah Governorate).
In the Qassim region, registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in Al-Amar village: (part of Al-Rayan neighborhood, part of Al-Ufuq neighborhood, part of Al-Nahda neighborhood), and a number of real estate pieces in Al-Dhahiriya village.
In the Eastern Province, registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in Al-Sadawi village: (Al-Munakh neighborhood, Al-Um Kaddad neighborhood), and in Al-Rafi'a village: (Al-Wurood neighborhood), indicating that the selection of neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and the announcement will follow regarding the remaining regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to the property registration work in various regions of the Kingdom in the coming periods.
The "Real Estate Authority" indicated that the initial registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https://rer.sa, or through service centers, noting that property registration requires the existence of a property deed that meets the legal requirements to complete the registration process.
The Authority called on property owners in the areas and neighborhoods subject to property registration to verify the property deed and the necessary conditions in preparation for the start of registration, and inquiries about the registration steps can be made through the Authority's official platforms or by contacting the customer service center at 199002.
Starting from the specified date for the commencement of registration, a "Property Number" and a property registration deed will be issued for each real estate unit registered, which will include the property data, descriptions, and its condition along with associated rights and obligations linked to accurate geospatial information, contributing to enhancing infrastructure and sustainability in the real estate sector, as the property registration system aims to increase real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
