تأتي تأكيدات المجتمع الدولي بدعم السعودية لليمن في مختلف المجالات، بما ينعكس على الخدمات المقدّمة للشعب اليمني، لتبرهن أن السعودية لم ولن تتخلى عن اليمن في هذه الظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها، وستبقى على الدوام إلى جانب الحكومة الشرعية حريصة على مواجهة التحديات والصعوبات، بما يمكّن الشرعية من القيام بواجباتها الأمنية والعسكرية والاقتصادية، وبما يلبي أهم حاجات سكان جميع المحافظات بلا استثناء.
ويؤكد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي ورئيس وأعضاء الحكومة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني أن الدعم السعودي من خلال البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن ومركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية ساهم بشكل كبير في دعم موازنة الدولة، بما يمكّنها من صرف المرتبات وتحسين مستوى الخدمات، خصوصاً الكهرباء والمياه، وإعادة تأهيل الموانئ والمطارات، وتحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية، وتجويد مخرجات العملية التعليمية، وكل ما يتعلق بحاجات المواطن اليمني الذي يقدّر للسعودية مواقفها الأخوية الصادقة التي لم تنقطع منذ الانقلاب الحوثي على الشرعية والسيطرة على بعض المحافظات الشمالية.
ورغم ما تشهده المنطقة من حروب وصراعات، ورغم المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتق السعودية في مواجهة هذه التهديدات، يبقى الشأن اليمني في الأولوية لما يربط البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين من علاقات تاريخية مبنية على الأخوّة والجوار والمصير المشترك والآمال والتطلعات الواعدة.
The confirmations from the international community supporting Saudi Arabia's efforts in Yemen across various fields, which reflect on the services provided to the Yemeni people, demonstrate that Saudi Arabia has not and will not abandon Yemen during these difficult circumstances. It will always stand by the legitimate government, keen to face the challenges and difficulties, enabling the legitimacy to fulfill its security, military, and economic duties, and meeting the essential needs of the populations in all governorates without exception.
The Presidential Leadership Council, along with the Prime Minister, government members, and civil society organizations, affirms that Saudi support through the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen and the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has significantly contributed to supporting the state budget, enabling it to pay salaries and improve the level of services, especially electricity and water, rehabilitate ports and airports, enhance health services, and improve the outcomes of the educational process, as well as addressing all the needs of the Yemeni citizen who appreciates Saudi Arabia's sincere brotherly positions that have not ceased since the Houthi coup against legitimacy and the control of some northern governorates.
Despite the wars and conflicts the region is witnessing, and the responsibility placed on Saudi Arabia to confront these threats, the Yemeni issue remains a priority due to the historical relations that bind the two countries and their brotherly peoples, based on brotherhood, neighborhood, shared destiny, hopes, and promising aspirations.
