عقد وزير الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات المهندس عبدالله عامر السواحة، سلسلة اجتماعات مع قيادات شركات تقنية ومستثمرين في جمهورية كوريا؛ لبحث توسيع الشراكات في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأشباه الموصلات، والبنية التحتية الرقمية، والحوسبة السحابية، بما يدعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ويعزز مكانة المملكة مركزاً عالمياً للاقتصاد الرقمي.
وشملت اللقاءات جلسة حوارية مع الجمعية الكورية لصناعة الذكاء الاصطناعي والبرمجيات (KOSA)، واجتماعات مع قيادات Samsung Electronics، ومجموعة SK Group، إضافة إلى لقاء نخبة من المستثمرين وقادة شركات التقنية، إذ ناقش الجانبان فرص الاستثمار المشترك، وتوطين التقنيات المتقدمة، وتنمية القدرات الوطنية، وبناء شراكات نوعية في التقنيات المستقبلية بين المملكة وجمهورية كوريا.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Abdullah Amer Al-Swaha, held a series of meetings with leaders of technology companies and investors in the Republic of Korea to discuss expanding partnerships in the fields of artificial intelligence, semiconductors, digital infrastructure, and cloud computing, in support of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and to enhance the Kingdom's position as a global center for the digital economy.
The meetings included a panel discussion with the Korean Association for Artificial Intelligence and Software (KOSA), meetings with leaders from Samsung Electronics and SK Group, in addition to a meeting with a select group of investors and technology company leaders, where both sides discussed opportunities for joint investment, localizing advanced technologies, developing national capabilities, and building qualitative partnerships in future technologies between the Kingdom and the Republic of Korea.
