أنذرت الهيئة العامة للنقل أكثر من 24 ألف ناقل، مانحةً إياهم فرصة لتصحيح أوضاعهم قبل بدء تطبيق العقوبات النظامية، عقب تنفيذها أكثر من 434 ألف عملية فحص شملت أنشطة النقل البري والبحري والسككي في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال مارس 2026. وتأتي هذه الجهود ضمن مساعي الهيئة المستمرة لرفع مستوى السلامة في أنشطة النقل، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات، ودعم التنافسية في القطاع.
وأوضحت الهيئة أنها نفذت 425,874 عملية فحص في قطاع النقل البري، إضافة إلى 8,268 عملية فحص في قطاع النقل البحري، كما شملت عملياتها زيارة 77 محطة ضمن القطاع السككي، في تأكيد على استمرار دورها الرقابي لضمان التزام المنشآت والأفراد بالأنظمة المعتمدة.
وبيّنت الهيئة أن معدل الامتثال في نشاط النقل البري بلغ 91%، فيما وصل معدل الامتثال في النقل البحري إلى 99%، في حين حقق النقل السككي 100%، وهو ما يعكس ارتفاع مستوى التزام الجهات المرخصة بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
كما كشفت الهيئة أن عدد المخالفات المسجلة في أنشطة النقل البري خلال الشهر الماضي تجاوز 80,581 مخالفة، بينما بلغ عدد المخالفات في قطاع النقل البحري 8 مخالفات فقط.
The General Transport Authority has warned more than 24,000 carriers, giving them a chance to rectify their situations before the implementation of regulatory penalties, after conducting more than 434,000 inspection operations that included land, maritime, and rail transport activities in various regions of the Kingdom during March 2026. These efforts are part of the Authority's ongoing endeavors to enhance safety levels in transport activities, improve service quality, and support competitiveness in the sector.
The Authority clarified that it carried out 425,874 inspection operations in the land transport sector, in addition to 8,268 inspection operations in the maritime transport sector. Its operations also included visits to 77 stations within the rail sector, confirming its continued supervisory role to ensure compliance by establishments and individuals with the approved regulations.
The Authority indicated that the compliance rate in land transport activities reached 91%, while the compliance rate in maritime transport reached 99%, and rail transport achieved 100%, reflecting a high level of commitment by licensed entities to safety and quality standards.
The Authority also revealed that the number of violations recorded in land transport activities during the past month exceeded 80,581 violations, while the number of violations in the maritime transport sector was only 8 violations.
