أعلنت وزارة الحج بدء مرحلة حجز الباقات للراغبين في أداء الفريضة من داخل المملكة للمواطنين والمقيمين ممن لديهم إقامة سارية لموسم 1447هـ، عبر تطبيق «نسك»، استكمالاً لمرحلة تسجيل البيانات التي أُعلن عنها في السادس من رمضان الجاري.
وأوضحت الوزارة، أنه يمكن للمتقدمين في هذه المرحلة استعراض الباقات واختيار الأنسب منها، وإصدار فاتورة الحجز ثم الدفع عبر نظام «سداد»، ضمن إجراءات رقمية متكاملة تهدف إلى تنظيم المقاعد وضمان عدالة إتاحة الفرص.
وبيّنت الوزارة، أن مهلة سداد فاتورة الحجز تمتد إلى (72) ساعة، حتى تاريخ 27/ 11/ 1447هـ، بينما تصبح المهلة (6) ساعات فقط ابتداءً من تاريخ 28/ 11/ 1447هـ، حرصاً على إتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد ممكن من المستفيدين، مع إلغاء الحجز تلقائياً في حال عدم السداد ضمن المدة المحددة.
وأشارت وزارة الحج إلى أن طلبات إلغاء الحجز تتم وفق سياسة الإلغاء المعتمدة، ويمكن الإلغاء قبل إصدار التصريح وحتى 30/ 10/ 1447هـ دون حسم أي مبلغ، بينما تُطبق الحسومات المقررة بعد إصدار التصريح بحسب تاريخ طلب الإلغاء، ولا تُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة عند الإلغاء ابتداءً من 1/ 12/ 1447هـ وحتى إغلاق المنصة.
ودعت الوزارة الراغبين في أداء فريضة الحج إلى المبادرة بحجز الباقات وإتمام السداد ضمن المهلة المحددة، مع ضرورة الاطلاع على تفاصيل الباقات وشروطها قبل تأكيد التعاقد، مؤكدةً أن جميع الإجراءات تتم إلكترونياً.
The Ministry of Hajj has announced the start of the package reservation phase for those wishing to perform the pilgrimage from within the Kingdom for citizens and residents with valid residency for the season of 1447 AH, via the "Nusk" application, continuing from the data registration phase that was announced on the sixth of Ramadan.
The ministry clarified that applicants in this phase can browse the packages and choose the most suitable one, issue the reservation invoice, and then pay through the "Sadad" system, as part of integrated digital procedures aimed at organizing seats and ensuring fairness in opportunity availability.
The ministry indicated that the payment deadline for the reservation invoice extends to (72) hours, until the date of 27/11/1447 AH, while the deadline becomes (6) hours only starting from the date of 28/11/1447 AH, in order to provide the opportunity for as many beneficiaries as possible, with automatic cancellation of the reservation in case of non-payment within the specified period.
The Ministry of Hajj pointed out that cancellation requests are processed according to the approved cancellation policy, and cancellations can be made before issuing the permit and until 30/10/1447 AH without any deduction, while the specified deductions apply after the permit is issued according to the cancellation request date, and the amounts paid are non-refundable upon cancellation starting from 1/12/1447 AH until the platform is closed.
The ministry urged those wishing to perform the pilgrimage to promptly reserve the packages and complete the payment within the specified timeframe, while emphasizing the importance of reviewing the details and conditions of the packages before confirming the contract, confirming that all procedures are conducted electronically.
