نمو متسارع لمشاركة المرأة في القطاع المحاسبي السعودي خلال الفترة من 2023 إلى 2025م، في مؤشر يعكس تطور جودة البيئة المهنية واتساع قاعدة الكفاءات المؤهلة، ويعزز مسار صناعة الثقة في التقارير المالية عبر رفع مستوى الالتزام بالمعايير وتوسيع الممارسة النظامية للمهنة، بحسب ما كشفته الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين.
وسجل مؤشر عدد الحاصلات على الشهادات المهنية نمواً بلغ 144% ليصل إجمالي الحاصلات على الشهادات المهنية إلى 3,524 بنهاية 2025، وتشمل هذه الشهادات مسارات مهنية مثل زمالة الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين وأخصائيي ضريبة القيمة المضافة، وغيرها من الشهادات التخصصية المرتبطة برفع الجاهزية الفنية وجودة المخرجات المهنية.
وامتد النمو إلى جانب مزاولة المهن التي تقع تحت إشراف الهيئة، إذ ارتفع إجمالي النساء الحاصلات على رخص مزاولة المهنة من 219 مرخَّصة بنهاية 2023 إلى 317 مرخَّصة بنهاية 2025 بنسبة نمو بلغت 45% بما يعكس اتساع نطاق الممارسة المهنية النظامية ودخول كوادر نسائية أكثر إلى المهنة عبر تأسيس مكاتب مهنية جديدة.
47 % زيادة بأعداد المتدربات
وفي جانب التدريب والتأهيل ارتفع عدد المتدربات من 5,261 متدربة في 2023 إلى 7,727 متدربة في 2025 بنسبة نمو نحو 47% بما يدلل على استمرار الاستثمار في تنمية المهارات ومواكبة المتغيرات الفنية وترسيخ الجاهزية المهنية.
ويعكس هذا النمو جودة بيئة العمل المحاسبية وتطور جاذبية المهنة للكوادر الوطنية بما يسهم في تعزيز موثوقية التقارير المالية ورفع كفاءة الحوكمة والامتثال وتحسين جودة القرار المالي.
Accelerated growth in women's participation in the Saudi accounting sector from 2023 to 2025, reflecting the development of the quality of the professional environment and the expansion of the base of qualified competencies, and enhancing the path of building trust in financial reports by raising the level of compliance with standards and expanding the systematic practice of the profession, according to what was revealed by the Saudi Authority for Auditors and Accountants.
The index of the number of women obtaining professional certificates recorded a growth of 144%, reaching a total of 3,524 certificate holders by the end of 2025. These certificates include professional pathways such as the fellowship of the Saudi Authority for Auditors and Accountants and specialists in value-added tax, among other specialized certificates related to enhancing technical readiness and the quality of professional outputs.
The growth extended to the practice of professions under the supervision of the authority, as the total number of women holding practice licenses increased from 219 licensed by the end of 2023 to 317 licensed by the end of 2025, with a growth rate of 45%, reflecting the expansion of the scope of systematic professional practice and the entry of more female professionals into the field through the establishment of new professional offices.

In the area of training and qualification, the number of female trainees rose from 5,261 trainees in 2023 to 7,727 trainees in 2025, with a growth rate of about 47%, indicating a continued investment in skill development, keeping pace with technical changes, and reinforcing professional readiness.
This growth reflects the quality of the accounting work environment and the evolving attractiveness of the profession for national competencies, contributing to enhancing the reliability of financial reports, improving governance and compliance efficiency, and enhancing the quality of financial decision-making.
