نبّه المركز الوطني للأرصاد اليوم من هطول أمطار متوسطة على منطقة عسير، تصاحبها رياح شديدة السرعة وشبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية وتساقط البرد وجريان السيول وصواعق رعدية، على مدينة أبها ومحافظات رجال ألمع ومحايل والحرجة والربوعة والفرشة وسراة عبيدة وظهران الجنوب. وبيّن المركز أن الحالة تستمر حتى الساعة الثامنة مساءً.
كما نبّه المركز من موجة حارة تصل درجات الحرارة فيها إلى (47 - 48) درجة مئوية، يصاحبها هبوب رياح نشطة على المنطقة الشرقية، تشمل مدينتي الدمام والظهران، ومحافظات حفر الباطن، والخفجي، والنعيرية، وقرية العليا، والجبيل، ورأس تنورة، والقطيف، والخبر، وبقيق، والعديد، وذعبلوتن، والأحساء، والهجر والمراكز التابعة لها، مما يسبب إثارة الأتربة. وبيّن المركز أن هذه الحالة تستمر حتى الساعة الخامسة مساءً.
The National Center of Meteorology warned today of moderate rainfall in the Asir region, accompanied by strong winds, near-zero visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms, affecting the city of Abha and the governorates of Rijal Almaa, Muhayil, Al Harijah, Al Rubu'ah, Al Farsha, Sarawat Abidah, and Dhahran Al Janub. The center indicated that this condition will last until 8 PM.
Additionally, the center warned of a heatwave with temperatures reaching (47 - 48) degrees Celsius, accompanied by active winds in the Eastern region, including the cities of Dammam and Dhahran, and the governorates of Hafr Al-Batin, Al Khobar, Al Nairiyah, Al Ulya, Jubail, Ras Tanura, Qatif, Khobar, Buqayq, Al Adhabi, Al Ahsa, and the affiliated centers, which will cause dust storms. The center stated that this condition will last until 5 PM.
