واصلت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي ملاحقاتها للمعتدين على البيئة والحياة الفطرية، وضبطت مواطنًا مخالفًا لنظام البيئة؛ لارتكابه مخالفة رعي (9) متون من الإبل في مواقع محظور الرعي فيها، في محمية الإمام عبدالعزيز بن محمد الملكية، وتم تطبيق الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وأكدت القوات أن عقوبة رعي الإبل غرامة (500) ريال لكل متن، حاثةً على الإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وتعامل جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة دون أدنى مسؤولية على المبلّغ.
كما ضبطت القوات مواطنًا لعدم التزامه بتعليمات وإرشادات المحافظة على الغطاء النباتي بإشعال النار في الأماكن غير المخصصة لها في محمية طويق الطبيعية، وطُبِقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وأكَّدت القوات أن عقوبة إشعال النار في غير الأماكن المخصصة لها في الغابات والمتنزهات الوطنية غرامة تصل إلى (3,000) ريال
The Special Forces for Environmental Security continued their pursuit of those violating the environment and wildlife, apprehending a citizen who violated the environmental regulations by grazing (9) camels in areas where grazing is prohibited, in the Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve. Legal procedures were applied against him.
The forces confirmed that the penalty for grazing camels is a fine of (500) riyals for each camel, urging the public to report any cases that represent a violation of the environment or wildlife, with all reports handled in complete confidentiality and without any responsibility on the reporter.
The forces also apprehended a citizen for failing to adhere to the guidelines and instructions for preserving vegetation by lighting a fire in areas not designated for it in the Tuwaiq Natural Reserve, and legal procedures were applied against him.
The forces confirmed that the penalty for lighting a fire in areas not designated for it in forests and national parks is a fine of up to (3,000) riyals.
