فازت وجهة الفرسان التابعة لـNHC بجائزة مجلس التعاون الخليجي للتطبيقات والتقنيات الذكية في المشاريع الإسكانية، وذلك خلال إعلان الفائزين بالتزامن مع انعقاد الاجتماع الوزاري لوزراء الإسكان بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في دولة الكويت.
وتسلّم الجائزة وكيل وزير البلديات والإسكان لتحفيز المعروض السكني والتطوير العقاري وعضو مجلس إدارة NHC الأستاذ عبد الرحمن الطويل. ويأتي هذا الفوز تتويجًا لما حققته الوجهة من إنجازات نوعية في مجال التطوير العقاري الذكي، إذ تُعد وجهة الفرسان من أكبر مشاريع الإسكان المتكاملة في المملكة، وتمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 35 مليون متر مربع، وتضم أكثر من 50 ألف وحدة سكنية متنوعة تستوعب ما يزيد على 250 ألف نسمة.
وتتميز الوجهة بتبنيها أحدث التقنيات الرقمية والتطبيقات الذكية التي أسهمت في رفع كفاءة التنفيذ، وتحقيق التسكين المبكر، وتعزيز جودة الحياة، من خلال استخدام نظم متقدمة مثل نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM)، وتقنية WakeCap لمراقبة الأداء، ومنصات Power BI وPMIS لتحليل البيانات ومتابعة التقدم الزمني.
كما تبرز الوجهة كنموذج للتكامل العمراني المستدام، إذ تجمع بين المساحات السكنية والمناطق الاستثمارية والمباني متعددة الاستخدامات، وتضم أكثر من 6 ملايين متر مربع من المساحات الخضراء والحدائق، تماشيًا مع مبادرة «الرياض الخضراء».
ويُعد هذا الفوز إضافة جديدة إلى سجل الجوائز التي نالتها وجهة الفرسان على المستويين المحلي والدولي، ومنها جائزة أفضل مشروع في القمة السعودية للبنية التحتية، والميدالية البرونزية من برنامج البناء المستدام، وجائزة التميز من المعهد العالمي لإدارة المشاريع (PMI).

The Al-Fursan destination of NHC won the Gulf Cooperation Council Award for Smart Applications and Technologies in Housing Projects, during the announcement of the winners coinciding with the ministerial meeting of housing ministers from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in Kuwait.
The award was received by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for Housing Supply and Real Estate Development and a member of the Board of Directors of NHC, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Tawil. This victory crowns the achievements of the destination in the field of smart real estate development, as Al-Fursan is considered one of the largest integrated housing projects in the Kingdom, spanning over 35 million square meters and comprising more than 50,000 diverse housing units that accommodate over 250,000 people.
The destination is distinguished by its adoption of the latest digital technologies and smart applications that have contributed to enhancing execution efficiency, achieving early housing, and improving quality of life, through the use of advanced systems such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), WakeCap technology for performance monitoring, and Power BI and PMIS platforms for data analysis and progress tracking.
The destination also stands out as a model for sustainable urban integration, combining residential areas, investment zones, and mixed-use buildings, and includes over 6 million square meters of green spaces and parks, in line with the "Green Riyadh" initiative.
This victory adds to the list of awards that the Al-Fursan destination has received at both local and international levels, including the Best Project Award at the Saudi Infrastructure Summit, the Bronze Medal from the Sustainable Building Program, and the Excellence Award from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
