شاركت «بلدي»، إحدى مبادرات NHC Innovation، في مؤتمر LEAP 2026، حيث استعرضت مجموعة من التقنيات والحلول الرقمية التي تسهم في تطوير مدن أكثر ذكاءً وكفاءة، من خلال توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات والتقنيات المتقدمة في تحسين الخدمات البلدية، ورفع كفاءة التشغيل، وتعزيز تجربة المستفيد والمستثمر.
وشملت أبرز التقنيات التي استعرضها «مركز القيادة والتحكم»، الذي يقدم نموذجًا تشغيليًا موحدًا للمدينة يعتمد على البيانات والذكاء التشغيلي لدعم اتخاذ القرار ومتابعة أداء الخدمات، إلى جانب «عدسة بلدي» التي توظف الذكاء الاصطناعي والرؤية الحاسوبية في رصد وتحليل المشهد الحضري ورفع كفاءة أعمال التفتيش والرقابة، إضافة إلى «مركز المستثمر الذكي» عبر منصة فرص، الذي يقدم رحلة رقمية متكاملة لاستكشاف وإدارة الفرص الاستثمارية الحكومية، بدءًا من طرح الفرص والتقديم عليها وصولًا إلى الترسية وإدارة العقود والمدفوعات، مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ومحركات التوصية ولوحات البيانات التي تساهم في تحديد المنافس الأنسب للفرصة الاستثمارية.
كما شهدت المشاركة إطلاق خدمة «تيفو» عبر تطبيق بلدي+، التي تقدم تجربة رقمية تفاعلية لجماهير كرة القدم، وتتيح للمستخدمين التعبير عن انتمائهم وتشجيع فرقهم من خلال تجربة مرتبطة بالموقع، بما يوسع دور «بلدي+» من خدمات الخرائط والتنقل إلى تقديم تجارب محلية رقمية ترتبط باهتمامات المستخدمين والفعاليات والأنشطة داخل المدن.
وبالتزامن مع مشاركتها، عززت «بلدي» شراكاتها الاستراتيجية عبر توقيع عدد من مذكرات التفاهم الهادفة إلى توسيع نطاق الحلول الرقمية وتعزيز التكامل مع مختلف القطاعات؛ حيث وقعت مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة القدية للاستثمار لدعم حلول المدن الذكية، كما تعاونت مع TAWAL لتطوير نموذج موحد لإدارة رخص أبراج الاتصالات، فيما شملت الشراكات شركة ATT لاستكشاف تطوير منصة وطنية للأصول الواقعية ورقمنة وترميز الأصول العقارية، وامتدت إلى شركة CHOCO العربية المحدودة لإطلاق منصة وطنية لتتبع الأغذية وسلاسل الإمداد، إضافة إلى عمران تك للتعاون في تشغيل وإدارة الخدمات البلدية وتطوير إجراءات المسار السريع وخدمات المستفيدين.
وعكست مشاركة «بلدي» في LEAP 2026 توجهها نحو الانتقال من رقمنة الخدمات إلى بناء منظومة متكاملة لمدن أكثر ذكاءً واستباقية وترابطًا، من خلال توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات والتقنيات المتقدمة، إلى جانب الشراكات الاستراتيجية، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة المدن، ودعم اتخاذ القرار، وتحسين جودة الخدمات، وتطوير تجارب رقمية أكثر تكاملًا ترتبط باحتياجات المستفيدين والمستثمرين واهتماماتهم اليومية.
“Baladi,” one of the NHC Innovation initiatives, participated in the LEAP 2026 conference, where it showcased a range of technologies and digital solutions that contribute to the development of smarter and more efficient cities by employing artificial intelligence, data, and advanced technologies to improve municipal services, enhance operational efficiency, and enrich the experience of beneficiaries and investors.
The key technologies presented included the “Command and Control Center,” which provides a unified operational model for the city based on data and operational intelligence to support decision-making and monitor service performance, alongside “Baladi Lens,” which utilizes artificial intelligence and computer vision to monitor and analyze the urban landscape and enhance the efficiency of inspection and oversight operations. Additionally, there was the “Smart Investor Center” through the Opportunities platform, which offers a comprehensive digital journey for exploring and managing government investment opportunities, starting from the announcement of opportunities and applying for them to awarding contracts and managing payments, supported by artificial intelligence, recommendation engines, and dashboards that help identify the most suitable competitor for the investment opportunity.
The participation also witnessed the launch of the “TIFO” service via the Baladi+ app, which provides an interactive digital experience for football fans, allowing users to express their allegiance and support for their teams through a location-based experience, expanding the role of “Baladi+” from mapping and navigation services to offering local digital experiences related to users' interests and events and activities within cities.
Simultaneously with its participation, “Baladi” strengthened its strategic partnerships by signing several memorandums of understanding aimed at expanding the scope of digital solutions and enhancing integration with various sectors; it signed a memorandum of understanding with Qiddiya Investment Company to support smart city solutions, and collaborated with TAWAL to develop a unified model for managing telecommunications tower licenses. The partnerships also included ATT to explore the development of a national platform for real assets and the digitization and coding of real estate assets, extending to CHOCO Arabia Limited to launch a national platform for tracking food and supply chains, in addition to Omran Tech for collaboration in operating and managing municipal services and developing fast-track procedures and beneficiary services.
“Baladi’s” participation in LEAP 2026 reflected its direction towards transitioning from digitizing services to building an integrated system for smarter, more proactive, and interconnected cities, through the use of artificial intelligence, data, and advanced technologies, alongside strategic partnerships, contributing to enhancing city efficiency, supporting decision-making, improving service quality, and developing more integrated digital experiences that relate to the needs of beneficiaries and investors and their daily interests.
