سمحت الجهات المختصة بتقسيط الغرامات المالية المستحقة للدولة والموقعة على منشآت القطاعين الخاص وغير الربحي، وذلك استثناء من بعض أحكام نظام إيرادات الدولة ولائحته التنفيذية، وفق ضوابط يعتمدها وزير المالية.
وستتمكن المنشآت بموجب القرار من تقديم طلب تقسيط الغرامة إلى الجهة التي أوقعتها، على أن تدرس الجهة الطلب وتحيله إلى وزارة المالية خلال 10 أيام، وتتولى وزارة المالية البت فيه خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ وروده، وفقاً للقواعد المعتمدة.
يبدأ العمل بالقرار خلال 14 يوماً تبدأ من غدٍ (السبت)، وينتهي في 1 يناير 2027 أو إلى حين نفاذ مشروع نظام إيرادات الدولة ولائحته التنفيذية، أيهما أسبق.
وجّه القرار الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والمركز الوطني لنظم الموارد الحكومية، بالتنسيق مع وزارة المالية، بأتمتة طلبات تقسيط الديون المستحقة للدولة عبر المنصات الوطنية خلال 45 يوماً من تاريخ صدوره.
The relevant authorities have allowed the installment of financial penalties owed to the state and imposed on establishments in the private and non-profit sectors, as an exception to some provisions of the State Revenue System and its executive regulations, according to controls approved by the Minister of Finance.
Under the decision, establishments will be able to submit a request for the installment of the penalty to the authority that imposed it, which will study the request and refer it to the Ministry of Finance within 10 days. The Ministry of Finance will decide on it within 14 days from the date of its receipt, according to the approved rules.
The decision will take effect within 14 days starting from tomorrow (Saturday), and will end on January 1, 2027, or until the State Revenue System and its executive regulations come into effect, whichever comes first.
The decision directed the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority and the National Center for Government Resource Systems, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, to automate requests for the installment of debts owed to the state through national platforms within 45 days from the date of its issuance.
