تضع القمة العالمية للاستثمار في باريس 2026 قطاع المياه والاقتصاد الدائري ضمن مسارات النمو المرتبطة بالاستدامة وجودة الحياة، مع توقعات بارتفاع حجم الاستثمار الداخلي في القطاع من 26.8 مليار دولار في عام 2023 إلى 43.1 مليار دولار بحلول عام 2030.
ويعكس هذا النمو المتوقع، البالغ نحو 61%، تزايد أهمية الحلول المرتبطة بكفاءة استخدام الموارد، وإعادة التدوير، وتقليل الهدر، وتطوير البنية التحتية للمياه، بما يجعل القطاع أحد المسارات الاستثمارية المرتبطة مباشرة بمستقبل المدن والتنمية المستدامة.
وتأتي هذه المؤشرات ضمن خريطة القطاعات التي ترصدها القمة حتى عام 2030، إلى جانب قطاعات الطاقة، والتقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي، والعقارات والتنمية الحضرية، والسياحة والضيافة، والقطاع المالي، والصناعات المتقدمة، بما يعزز تنوع الفرص أمام المستثمرين وصناع القرار.
وتسعى القمة إلى ربط الاستثمار في المياه والاقتصاد الدائري بالتحولات العالمية في الاستدامة، خصوصًا مع تنامي الحاجة إلى مشاريع تسهم في رفع كفاءة الموارد، وتحسين جودة الحياة، ودعم المدن القادرة على النمو مع الحفاظ على البيئة.
وتستهدف القمة توجيه 25% من الاستثمارات نحو التقنيات الحديثة، واعتماد معايير الاستدامة ESG في 55% من المشاريع المستهدفة، بما يدعم تطوير حلول ومشاريع أكثر كفاءة واستدامة، ويعزز قدرة القطاع على جذب رأس المال طويل الأجل.
وتشير بيانات القمة إلى تدفقات استثمارية أوروبية متوقعة إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بقيمة 28.59 مليار دولار، إضافة إلى مستهدفات تشمل تطوير 15 مشروعًا مشتركًا وبناء 8 شراكات إستراتيجية خلال العام الأول، بما يفتح المجال أمام شراكات نوعية في القطاعات ذات الأثر الاقتصادي والبيئي.
وتستقطب القمة أكثر من 2000 مشارك و100 متحدث، عبر برنامج يضم 10 جلسات رئيسية و16 ورشة عمل وأكثر من 40 لقاءً ثنائيًا، في إطار يعزز حضور باريس كمحطة دولية تجمع رأس المال بالفرص الاستثمارية في قطاعات النمو المستقبلية.
The Global Investment Summit in Paris 2026 places the water sector and the circular economy among the growth pathways linked to sustainability and quality of life, with expectations for domestic investment in the sector to rise from $26.8 billion in 2023 to $43.1 billion by 2030.
This anticipated growth, amounting to about 61%, reflects the increasing importance of solutions related to resource efficiency, recycling, waste reduction, and the development of water infrastructure, making the sector one of the investment pathways directly linked to the future of cities and sustainable development.
These indicators come within the roadmap of sectors monitored by the summit until 2030, alongside sectors such as energy, technology and artificial intelligence, real estate and urban development, tourism and hospitality, the financial sector, and advanced industries, enhancing the diversity of opportunities for investors and decision-makers.
The summit aims to link investment in water and the circular economy with global transformations in sustainability, especially with the growing need for projects that contribute to improving resource efficiency, enhancing quality of life, and supporting cities capable of growth while preserving the environment.
The summit targets directing 25% of investments towards modern technologies and adopting ESG sustainability standards in 55% of the targeted projects, supporting the development of more efficient and sustainable solutions and projects, and enhancing the sector's ability to attract long-term capital.
Summit data indicates expected European investment flows to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries worth $28.59 billion, in addition to targets that include the development of 15 joint projects and the establishment of 8 strategic partnerships during the first year, opening the door for quality partnerships in sectors with economic and environmental impact.
