أعلنت هيئة السوق المالية صدور قرار لجنة الاستئناف في منازعات الأوراق المالية القطعي ضد أحد الأشخاص بمخالفته المادة 31 من نظام السوق المالية، والمادتين الخامسة والسابعة عشرة من لائحة أعمال الأوراق المالية، وتغريمه 250 ألف ريال، نظير ممارسته عملاً من أعمال الأوراق المالية المتمثل في نشاط المشورة من خلال تطبيق «تيليغرام» مقابل الحصول على مبالغ مالية خلال الفترة من تاريخ 2023/10/26م حتى تاريخ 2024/7/30م، والإعلان عن ذلك في تطبيق التواصل الاجتماعي (X)، دون الحصول على ترخيص من هيئة السوق المالية.
رصد المخالفات
وكانت هيئة السوق المالية، قد أكدت في وقت سابق، أهمية ما تمثله ثقة المستثمرين بالسوق المالية لنموها وتطويرها، حيث تعمل الهيئة بشكل مستمر على رصد أي سلوكيات مخالفة، وضبط مرتكبيها، واستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة لفرض العقوبات الرادعة بحقهم، وذلك تعزيزاً لجهود الهيئة الرامية نحو إيجاد بيئة استثمارية جاذبة لجميع فئات المستثمرين وآمنة من الممارسات غير العادلة أو غير السليمة أو التي تنطوي على احتيال أو غش أو تدليس أو تضليل أو تلاعب.
The Capital Market Authority announced the issuance of a final decision by the Appeals Committee in securities disputes against an individual for violating Article 31 of the Capital Market Law, and Articles 5 and 17 of the Securities Business Regulations, imposing a fine of 250,000 riyals for engaging in securities activities represented by advisory services through the "Telegram" application in exchange for financial amounts from October 26, 2023, to July 30, 2024, and announcing this on the social media platform (X), without obtaining a license from the Capital Market Authority.

The Capital Market Authority had previously emphasized the importance of investor confidence in the financial market for its growth and development. The Authority continuously works to monitor any violations, apprehend the offenders, and complete the necessary procedures to impose deterrent penalties against them, thereby enhancing the Authority's efforts to create an attractive investment environment for all categories of investors that is safe from unfair or unsound practices, fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or manipulation.
