أعلن مكتب الإحصاء البريطاني أن متوسط أسعار المنازل في المملكة المتحدة ارتفع بواقع 2.4% على أساس سنوي في ديسمبر 2025، مقارنة بنحو 2.8% في العام الذي انتهى في نوفمبر الماضي.
وبلغ متوسط قيمة العقارات في المملكة المتحدة خلال ديسمبر الماضي 270 ألف جنيه إسترليني (366.6 ألف دولار).
وزاد متوسط أسعار المنازل إلى 292 ألف جنيه إسترليني في ديسمبر الماضي أو 1.7% نمواً سنوياً في إنجلترا، و215 ألف جنيه (5%) في ويلز، و191 ألف جنيه (4.9%) في أسكتلندا.
تضخم سنوي
وبلغ متوسط أسعار المنازل في أيرلندا الشمالية 196 ألف جنيه في الربع الأخير من 2025، ما يمثل زيادة سنوية بنسبة 7.5%.
وفي إنجلترا، شهد الشمال الشرقي أعلى تضخم سنوي في أسعار المنازل بلغ 4.6% في العام الذي انتهى في ديسمبر الماضي، وتباطأ نمو الأسعار هناك مقارنة بزيادة بلغت 7.5% في العام الذي انتهى في نوفمبر 2025.
The Office for National Statistics announced that the average house prices in the United Kingdom rose by 2.4% year-on-year in December 2025, compared to about 2.8% in the year ending last November.
The average value of properties in the United Kingdom during last December was £270,000 ($366,600).
The average house prices increased to £292,000 last December, representing a 1.7% annual growth in England, £215,000 (5%) in Wales, and £191,000 (4.9%) in Scotland.
Annual Inflation
The average house prices in Northern Ireland reached £196,000 in the last quarter of 2025, representing an annual increase of 7.5%.
In England, the North East experienced the highest annual inflation in house prices at 4.6% in the year ending last December, with price growth slowing there compared to a 7.5% increase in the year ending November 2025.
