كشف رصد أجرته «عكاظ»، تسجيل سوق العمل السعودي نمواً لافتاً في توظيف السعوديين والسعوديات داخل القطاع الخاص بنهاية عام 2025، بمتوسط انضمام 130,028 مواطناً ومواطنة لسوق العمل، ليرتفع إجمالي السعوديين العاملين في القطاع إلى 2,573,621 موظفاً وموظفة، لترتفع نسبة العاملين في القطاع الخاص خلال العام الماضي 5.32%.
وأظهر الرصد، أن المرأة السعودية كانت المحرك الأبرز لهذا التوسع، إذ ارتفع عدد المواطنات العاملات في القطاع الخاص بنسبة 6.09%، بانضمام 61,696 سعودية جديدة خلال العام، ليستقر عدد الموظفات السعوديات عند 1,074,355 موظفة في القطاع الخاص، في مؤشر يعكس فاعلية برامج التمكين ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وفي جانب توظيف الرجال، شهد عام 2025 دخول 68,332 سعودياً جديداً إلى سوق العمل في القطاع الخاص، بنسبة نمو بلغت 4.78%، ليصل إجمالي السعوديين العاملين إلى 1,499,266 موظفاً، بما يؤكد استمرار قدرة القطاع الخاص على توفير فرص عمل مستدامة وجاذبة للشباب السعودي.
وعلى مستوى سوق العمل بشكل عام، ارتفع إجمالي عدد العاملين في المملكة، من سعوديين وغير سعوديين، إلى 13,325,282 عاملاً، بزيادة قدرها 1.23 مليون موظف خلال عام واحد، وبنسبة نمو عامة بلغت 10.21%، ما يعزز مكانة الاقتصاد السعودي كأحد أكثر الاقتصادات قدرة على توليد الوظائف في المنطقة، مع تركيز متصاعد على رفع جودة ومعدلات التوطين.
يذكر، أن عام 2025 شهد إطلاق وتفعيل عدد من المبادرات الهادفة إلى رفع نسب التوطين في القطاع الخاص، شملت توسيع برامج الدعم والأجور، وتحفيز منشآت القطاع الخاص على استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية، إلى جانب تطوير آليات التدريب والتأهيل وربطها باحتياجات سوق العمل، بما أسهم في تعزيز استدامة التوظيف ورفع جودة الفرص المتاحة للسعوديين والسعوديات.
A survey conducted by "Okaz" revealed that the Saudi labor market recorded remarkable growth in the employment of Saudi men and women in the private sector by the end of 2025, with an average of 130,028 citizens joining the labor market, raising the total number of Saudis working in the sector to 2,573,621 employees, resulting in a 5.32% increase in the percentage of workers in the private sector during the past year.
The survey showed that Saudi women were the most significant drivers of this expansion, as the number of working female citizens in the private sector increased by 6.09%, with 61,696 new Saudi women joining during the year, stabilizing the number of Saudi female employees at 1,074,355 in the private sector, reflecting the effectiveness of empowerment programs within the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
In terms of male employment, the year 2025 saw the entry of 68,332 new Saudi men into the labor market in the private sector, with a growth rate of 4.78%, bringing the total number of working Saudis to 1,499,266 employees, confirming the continued ability of the private sector to provide sustainable and attractive job opportunities for Saudi youth.
Overall, the total number of workers in the Kingdom, including both Saudis and non-Saudis, rose to 13,325,282 workers, an increase of 1.23 million employees over one year, with a general growth rate of 10.21%, enhancing the position of the Saudi economy as one of the most capable economies in the region for job creation, with an increasing focus on improving quality and localization rates.
It is noteworthy that the year 2025 witnessed the launch and activation of several initiatives aimed at increasing localization rates in the private sector, which included expanding support and wage programs, encouraging private sector establishments to attract national talents, in addition to developing training and qualification mechanisms linked to labor market needs, contributing to enhancing employment sustainability and improving the quality of opportunities available for Saudi men and women.
