أعلنت وزارة المالية عن ميزانية الربع الثالث من العام الحالي 2025، إذ ارتفعت مصروفات الدولة للأشهر التسعة الأولى إلى 1,106.8 مليار ريال، أما الإيرادات فبلغت 835,085 مليون ريال، وبلغ العجز لهذه الفترة 181,758 مليون ريال.
أما المصروفات للربع الثالث فبلغت 358,397 مليون ريال، والإيرادات بلغت 269,874 مليون ريال، ليصل العجز إلى 88,522 مليون ريال.
واستحوذت الإيرادات غير النفطية خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من العام الحالي على 45.83% من إجمالي الإيرادات، إذ بلغت الإيرادات غير النفطية 382,725 مليون ريال، فيما بلغت الإيرادات النفطية 452,359 مليون ريال.
وعن صرفية القطاعات من الميزانية المعتمدة لها في 2025، ومقدار صرفها في 9 أشهر، أعلنت وزارة المالية أن القطاع العسكري أقل القطاعات صرفا من الميزانية المخصصة له، إذ تم صرف 63% من إجمالي ميزانيته السنوية، ليبلغ المنصرف منها 172,675 مليون ريال، من أصل 272,347 مليون ريال خصص للقطاع، وكان قطاع «الخدمات البلدية» الأعلى صرفا نسبيا من ميزانيته المعتمدة، لتصل نسبة المنصرف منه 104% من ميزانيته، وبلغت مصروفات القطاع حتى الربع الثالث نحو 67,171 مليون ريال، فيما خصص له سنويا 64,846 مليون ريال.
The Ministry of Finance announced the budget for the third quarter of the current year 2025, as state expenditures for the first nine months rose to 1,106.8 billion riyals, while revenues reached 835,085 million riyals, resulting in a deficit for this period of 181,758 million riyals.
As for expenditures in the third quarter, they amounted to 358,397 million riyals, and revenues reached 269,874 million riyals, bringing the deficit to 88,522 million riyals.
Non-oil revenues during the first nine months of the current year accounted for 45.83% of total revenues, with non-oil revenues amounting to 382,725 million riyals, while oil revenues reached 452,359 million riyals.
Regarding the spending of sectors from the approved budget for 2025 and the amount spent in 9 months, the Ministry of Finance announced that the military sector was the least spending sector from its allocated budget, having spent 63% of its total annual budget, amounting to 172,675 million riyals, out of 272,347 million riyals allocated to the sector. The "municipal services" sector had the highest relative spending from its approved budget, reaching a spending rate of 104% of its budget, with expenditures for the sector until the third quarter amounting to about 67,171 million riyals, while it was allocated 64,846 million riyals annually.
