توقع وزير الطاقة الروسي سيرجي تسيفيليف استقرار أسعار الوقود في سوق الجملة المحلية بالبلاد خلال فصل الخريف، مع استئناف المصافي عمليات الإنتاج بعد الانتهاء من أعمال الصيانة الموسمية.
وقال تسيفيليف، في مقابلة مع وكالة «تاس»: «إن التوازن سيعود إلى سوق البنزين مع انخفاض الطلب الموسمي وانتهاءأعمال الصيانة المخطط لها في المصافي»، بحسب ما ذكرته وكالة «بلومبرغ» للأنباء.
صادرات البنزين
وأضاف تسيفيليف: «إن الإنتاج سيتجاوز الاستهلاك بشكل كبير، ووزارة الطاقة لا تستبعد استئناف صادرات البنزين». وأوضح أن أي قرار في هذا الشأن سيتخذ بناء على حالة المخزونات من الوقود.
وشنت أوكرانيا، خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة، هجمات استهدفت البنية التحتية لقطاع الطاقة الروسي، بما في ذلك المصافي وخطوط أنابيب النفط الخام والموانئ البحرية.
Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev expects fuel prices in the local wholesale market to stabilize during the fall, as refineries resume production operations after completing seasonal maintenance work.
Tsivilev stated in an interview with the TASS agency: "The balance will return to the gasoline market with the decrease in seasonal demand and the completion of planned maintenance work at the refineries," according to what was reported by Bloomberg news agency.
Gasoline Exports
Tsivilev added: "Production will significantly exceed consumption, and the Ministry of Energy does not rule out the resumption of gasoline exports." He clarified that any decision in this regard will be made based on the status of fuel stocks.
In recent weeks, Ukraine has launched attacks targeting the infrastructure of the Russian energy sector, including refineries, crude oil pipelines, and maritime ports.
