شاركت NHC في فعالية سيتي سكيب الدولية، التي أُقيمت في العاصمة البريطانية لندن، ضمن سلسلة لقاءات استثمارية تهدف إلى ربط المستثمرين العالميين بفرص قطاع التطوير العقاري السعودي. وخلال جلسات الفعالية، تحدث الرئيس التنفيذي محمد البطي مستعرضًا ملامح التقدم والنمو الذي تشهده مشاريع NHC بصفتها المطور الوطني الأكبر للمجتمعات المتكاملة في المملكة.
وأكد البطي خلال الجلسة أن المملكة اليوم أصبحت محط أنظار المستثمرين حول العالم، الذين يبحثون عن الفرص، وتقدم لهم فرص النمو والاستقرار، مضيفًا أن دور NHC يتمثل في ربط هذه التطلعات والفرص برؤية واضحة وشراكات حقيقية تعزز حضور المملكة في المشهد العقاري العالمي.
وأشار إلى أن NHC تنفّذ حاليًا 39 مشروعًا رئيسيًا في 17 مدينة بمختلف مناطق المملكة، وتدير أكثر من 284 مليون متر مربع من الأراضي، ما يجعلها من أكبر الجهات المالكة للأراضي في المملكة.
وأوضح أن NHC تقدم نموذجًا وطنيًا يرتكز على معايير عالمية، يسهم في رفع جودة الحياة وتهيئة بيئة استثمارية جاذبة، ضمن مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، مبينًا أن مشاريع الشركة تعتمد على بنية تحتية متطورة وتصاميم ذكية تلبي تطلعات السكان والمستثمرين.
وأبان أن NHC فتحت آفاقًا استثمارية من خلال شراكات دولية كبرى بقيمة تفوق 33 مليار ريال، ما يعكس الثقة المتزايدة باستراتيجيتها، وقدرتها على تحويل مستهدفات الرؤية إلى واقع ملموس.

NHC participated in the International Cityscape event, held in the British capital, London, as part of a series of investment meetings aimed at connecting global investors with opportunities in the Saudi real estate development sector. During the event sessions, CEO Mohammed Al-Batti discussed the features of progress and growth that NHC projects are experiencing as the largest national developer of integrated communities in the Kingdom.
Al-Batti confirmed during the session that the Kingdom has become a focal point for investors around the world, who are seeking opportunities and offering them prospects for growth and stability. He added that NHC's role is to connect these aspirations and opportunities with a clear vision and genuine partnerships that enhance the Kingdom's presence in the global real estate scene.
He pointed out that NHC is currently executing 39 major projects in 17 cities across various regions of the Kingdom and manages over 284 million square meters of land, making it one of the largest landowners in the Kingdom.
He explained that NHC provides a national model based on global standards, contributing to improving the quality of life and creating an attractive investment environment, as part of the housing program, one of the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030. He indicated that the company's projects rely on advanced infrastructure and smart designs that meet the aspirations of residents and investors.
He stated that NHC has opened up investment horizons through major international partnerships worth over 33 billion riyals, reflecting the increasing confidence in its strategy and its ability to turn the vision's goals into tangible reality.
