بدعم من مؤسسة بينالي الدرعية، تشارك الفنانة السعودية فاطمة عبدالهادي بعمل فني جديد في بينالي تايبيه الرابع عشر 2025، المقام حاليا في متحف تايبيه للفنون الجميلة، تحت عنوان «همسات في الأفق».
ويأتي ذلك في إطار التزام المؤسسة المتواصل بدعم الفنانين السعوديين والمقيمين في المملكة وإيصال أعمالهم إلى أبرز المحافل الدولية. وأسهم متحف تايبيه للفنون الجميلة بتوفير الدعم الإضافي لإنجاح هذه المشاركة.
ويحمل عمل عبدالهادي عنوان «ما تبقّى.. أن تعيش بقيتك.. قدر ما تبقى منك»، وهو عبارة عن عمل تركيبي يتجاوز مفهوم الحديقة المادية، ويأتي امتدادا لعملها الفني السابق بعنوان «جعلك بالجنة»، الذي تم بتكليف من مؤسسة بينالي الدرعية وعُرض في بينالي الفنون الإسلامية 2025.
وأوضحت الفنانة فاطمة عبدالهادي أن عملها الذي يوظف تقنية الطباعة بالشاشة الحريرية يحمل بعدا حواريا عالميا مستمرا، ودعوة للتمهل وإعادة تدوير الذاكرة.
من جانبها، قالت الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة بينالي الدرعية آية البكري: «تقديم مختلف أوجه الدعم للفنانين هو من صميم رسالتنا ويمثل جوهر طموحاتنا في مؤسسة بينالي الدرعية، ونحن ملتزمون برعاية وتمكين المواهب السعودية لتكون جزءا فاعلا ومؤثرا في المشهد الفني العالمي على أعلى مستوياته».
وتحمل الدورة الرابعة عشرة من بينالي تايبيه 2025 عنوان «همسات في الأفق»، ويشرف عليها القيِّمان الفنيّان سام بردويل وتيل فيلرات.
Supported by the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, Saudi artist Fatima Abdulhadi is participating with a new artwork in the 14th Taipei Biennial 2025, currently held at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, titled "Whispers on the Horizon."
This participation is part of the foundation's ongoing commitment to support Saudi artists and residents in the Kingdom and to showcase their work at prominent international platforms. The Taipei Fine Arts Museum has also contributed additional support to ensure the success of this participation.
Abdulhadi's work is titled "What Remains... To Live Your Remains... As Much as You Have Left," and it is an installation that transcends the concept of a physical garden, extending from her previous artwork titled "Made You in Paradise," which was commissioned by the Diriyah Biennale Foundation and exhibited at the Islamic Arts Biennale 2025.
Artist Fatima Abdulhadi explained that her work, which employs screen printing techniques, carries a globally ongoing dialogical dimension and invites contemplation and the recycling of memory.
For her part, Ayah Al-Bakri, CEO of the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, stated: "Providing various forms of support to artists is at the core of our mission and represents the essence of our aspirations at the Diriyah Biennale Foundation. We are committed to nurturing and empowering Saudi talents to be an active and influential part of the global art scene at the highest levels."
The 14th edition of the Taipei Biennial 2025 is titled "Whispers on the Horizon," and it is overseen by curators Sam Bardwell and Teal Fillat.
