بحضور وزير الثقافة رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الموسيقى الأمير بدر بن عبدالله بن فرحان، وقعت هيئة الموسيقى مع «فيلهارموني باريس» اليوم، برنامجاً تنفيذياً للتعاون في مجال الموسيقى، وذلك في إطار مذكرة التفاهم المبرمة بين وزارتي الثقافة في البلدين عام 2021م.
التبادل الفني والإنتاج المشترك
ويهدف البرنامج التنفيذي إلى ترسيخ التعاون الثنائي في عدة مجالات، من بينها التبادل الفني والإنتاج المشترك، التعليم ودعم المواهب، وبناء القدرات للمعلمين والمسؤولين في مجال الموسيقى، وتطوير المشاريع التعليمية، إلى جانب إدارة الأرشيف الموسيقي والمواد التاريخية، وتطوير البنية التحتية والدعم المؤسسي، وتبادل الخبرات في السياسات والحوكمة والتخطيط الإستراتيجي.
دعم المواهب
من أبرز محاور هذا التعاون هو التعليم ودعم المواهب الشابة، حيث يهدف البرنامج إلى بناء قدرات المعلمين والمسؤولين في مجال الموسيقى. تخيلوا فقط كيف سيكون الحال عندما يجتمع شغف الشباب السعودي مع خبرة الفرنسيين في هذا المجال! إنها وصفة مثالية لإنتاج جيل جديد من المبدعين.

وبهذه المناسبة، أكد الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة الموسيقى باول باسيفيكو أن الموسيقى عامل تمكين قوي ومستدام على الصعيدين الثقافي والتجاري، ومن خلال هذا التعاون نتطلع إلى بناء مجال موسيقي نابض بالحياة وشامل وفعّال، بوصفه جزءاً أساسياً من المشهد الثقافي المستمر في المملكة.
In the presence of the Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Music Authority, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, the Music Authority signed today an executive program for cooperation in the field of music with the "Paris Philharmonic," as part of the memorandum of understanding signed between the ministries of culture in both countries in 2021.
Artistic Exchange and Joint Production
The executive program aims to solidify bilateral cooperation in several areas, including artistic exchange and joint production, education and talent support, capacity building for teachers and officials in the field of music, and the development of educational projects, in addition to managing the music archive and historical materials, developing infrastructure and institutional support, and exchanging experiences in policies, governance, and strategic planning.
