أقرت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر برئاسة الدكتور أشرف زكي، ضوابط جديدة لتنظيم ممارسة فن الباليه، تضمنت منع الاستعانة بأي راقصين أو مدربين في المهرجانات أو المؤسسات الثقافية أو المراكز التدريبية، ما لم يكونوا حاصلين على عضوية النقابة أو تصريح رسمي منها.
تحديات الباليه
وجاءت القرارات خلال اجتماع موسع عقد بمقر نادي النقابة، بحضور نحو 140 عضواً من شعبة الباليه والفنون الشعبية، لمناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه العاملين في المجال، إلى جانب بحث آليات تطوير القطاع وحماية حقوق أعضائه.
وشملت الضوابط حظر ممارسة مهنة الباليه لغير الحاصلين على وضع نقابي قانوني، مع إلزام أكاديميات ومدارس الباليه الخاصة بالحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من النقابة لتقنين أوضاعها ومزاولة النشاط بشكل رسمي.
لائحة جديدة
كما قررت النقابة مخاطبة قطاعات وزارة الثقافة والجهات المنظمة للمهرجانات، لعدم التعاقد أو الاستعانة بأي مدربين أو فرق استعراضية من خارج مظلة النقابة، في إطار تنظيم المهنة وضمان الالتزام باللوائح المعمول بها.
وأكد الدكتور أشرف زكي، خلال حوار مفتوح مع أعضاء الشعبة، حرص النقابة على دعم فناني الباليه والفنون الشعبية، وحماية حقوقهم المهنية، والعمل على معالجة التحديات التي تواجههم، بما يسهم في تنظيم المهنة والحفاظ على معاييرها المهنية.
The Actors' Syndicate in Egypt, headed by Dr. Ashraf Zaki, has approved new regulations to organize the practice of ballet, which include prohibiting the hiring of any dancers or trainers in festivals, cultural institutions, or training centers unless they are members of the syndicate or have official permission from it.
Ballet Challenges
The decisions came during an extensive meeting held at the syndicate's club, attended by about 140 members from the ballet and folk arts division, to discuss the main challenges facing professionals in the field, as well as to explore mechanisms for developing the sector and protecting the rights of its members.
The regulations included a ban on practicing the profession of ballet for those who do not have legal syndicate status, while requiring private ballet academies and schools to obtain the necessary permits from the syndicate to regularize their status and officially carry out their activities.
New Regulations
The syndicate also decided to communicate with sectors of the Ministry of Culture and the organizing bodies of festivals to prevent contracting or hiring any trainers or performance troupes outside the syndicate's umbrella, as part of regulating the profession and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations.
Dr. Ashraf Zaki emphasized, during an open dialogue with members of the division, the syndicate's commitment to supporting ballet and folk arts artists, protecting their professional rights, and working to address the challenges they face, contributing to the organization of the profession and maintaining its professional standards.
