ونشر البيت الأبيض عبر منصة «إكس» مقطع فيديو يظهر فيه نجم هوليوود كيلبان مورفي في أحد المشاهد قائلاً: «لا راحة في هذا العالم»، قبل أن ينتقل الفيديو إلى الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب الذي يواصل أداء مهماته اليومية رغم الإغلاق المستمر.
وأرفق البيت الأبيض الفيديو بتعليق يقول فيه: «في كل يوم يطيل فيه الديمقراطيون الإغلاق، يواصل ترمب تقديم ما هو مطلوب لصالح أمريكا»، في رسالة سياسية تحمل طابعًا ساخرًا.

The White House accompanied the video with a comment stating, "Every day the Democrats prolong the shutdown, Trump continues to deliver what is needed for the sake of America," in a politically charged message with a sarcastic tone.
The British series Peaky Blinders, which gained worldwide fame thanks to its dramatic plot and cinematic style, is set in Birmingham after World War I and tells the story of the Shelby gang trying to shift their activities from crime to legitimate businesses, in a blend of drama, history, and politics.
This use of the scene comes at a time when the United States is facing one of the longest government shutdowns in its modern history. The current shutdown has surpassed 25 days, while the previous record was over 36 days during the previous Trump administration, according to The Hill.
The current partial shutdown began in mid-October due to sharp disagreements between the two parties over federal funding provisions, particularly regarding foreign aid, immigration, and taxes, amidst mutual accusations of exploiting the crisis for political gain.
