غيب الموت الفنانة التشكيلية زينات خليل، أرملة الموسيقار الكبير سيد مكاوي، وأعلنت ابنتها أميرة سيد مكاوي عبر حسابها على «فيسبوك» رحيل والدتها اليوم (السبت)، مؤكدة أن صلاة الجنازة ستُقام غداً (الأحد) عقب صلاة الظهر من مسجد الشرطة بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، على أن يوارى جثمانها الثرى في مقابر العائلة بطريق الفيوم.
وقالت أميرة في نعيها: «الحمد لله الذي لا يُحمد سواه، راحت أمي عند ربنا سبحانه وتعالى، إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، توفيت إلى رحمة الله تعالى السيدة زينات خليل علي».
وفي السياق ذاته، نعت نقابة المهن الموسيقية برئاسة الفنان مصطفى كامل الراحلة، مؤكدة أنها كانت «السند الحقيقي ورفيقة درب الموسيقار الراحل سيد مكاوي»، مشيرة إلى دورها الكبير في الحفاظ على إرثه الفني ودعم مسيرته بكل إخلاص ووفاء.
وتقدمت النقابة وأعضاء مجلس إدارتها بخالص العزاء إلى أسرة الموسيقار الكبير، سائلين الله أن يتغمد الفقيدة بواسع رحمته، ويسكنها فسيح جناته، ويلهم أهلها وذويها الصبر والسلوان.
The artist Zinat Khalil, widow of the great musician Sid Makawy, has passed away. Her daughter, Ameera Sid Makawy, announced her mother's departure today (Saturday) via her Facebook account, confirming that the funeral prayer will be held tomorrow (Sunday) after the noon prayer at the Police Mosque in the Sixth of October City, and that her body will be laid to rest in the family cemetery on the Fayoum Road.
Ameera expressed her condolences, saying: "Praise be to God, who is the only one worthy of praise. My mother has gone to our Lord, the Almighty. Indeed, we belong to God and to Him we shall return. Mrs. Zinat Khalil Ali has passed away to the mercy of God."
In the same context, the Musicians' Syndicate, headed by artist Mustafa Kamel, mourned the deceased, confirming that she was "the true support and companion of the late musician Sid Makawy," noting her significant role in preserving his artistic legacy and supporting his career with dedication and loyalty.
The syndicate and its board members extended their heartfelt condolences to the family of the great musician, asking God to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy, grant her a place in His spacious gardens, and inspire her family and loved ones with patience and solace.
