«مرونة الأداء» نتاج رؤية واضحة خاضت غمار التخطيط، وقادت المسيرة بثبات نحو نقل المنظمات والمؤسسات والشركات والقطاعات إلى أفق جديد من التطور والتوسع وتجويد الأداء، وتحقيق المستهدفات بكفاءة إنفاق، وجودة إتقان.
مفهوم المرونة في الأداء دقيق، ووصفه عميق؛ حيث لا يدل على (ارتجال) القرارات، بل على نبوغ قيادي يستثمر التمكين لبلوغ القدرة على التحول لتحقيق المستهدفات، واستثمار الخطط البديلة في الوقت المناسب، لضمان المسير نحو تحقيق الرؤية باستثمار المقومات القائمة، وإيجاد البدائل المناسبة لمواجهة التحديات، والوصول لها بمرونةٍ وكفاءة.
السؤال الذي يتبادر للذهن: ما العلاقة بين التخطيط ومرونة الأداء؟
هي علاقة ارتباطية؛ فالمخطط البارع ينظر بوعي نحو المستقبل، مستشرفاً أجمل ما يمكن أن يكون عليه، ليضع ضمن تصوره خططاً بديلة صاغها بعد التنبؤ بما يمكن حدوثه من معوقات، مستلهماً دوره أثناء التنفيذ باستخدام المرونة التي تساهم في الاستفادة من المستجدات على كافة الأصعدة لاختصار الطريق، مع المزيد من التجويد، وتجاوز العقبات، وتقليل الهدر لتكون النتيجة؛ إنجازاً بثبات، ووصولاً بكفاءة إلى ما يطمح إليه فريق العمل بتحقيق المستهدف، واستثمار الفرص، وتجاوز العقبات، لكيان يحقق بسبب ذلك النمو والاستدامة.
استطاعت «رؤية ٢٠٣٠» بإلهامٍ وتمكينٍ ومرونة أداءٍ، أن تحقق بعض مستهدفاتها في وقت أقصر؛ بجودةٍ وثبات، لترفع من سقف الطموح بمزيد من الإنجازات، كما استطاعت التكيف مع المتغيرات، ولعل جائحة «كورونا» من الأمثلة الدامغة؛ إذ قامت بتعديل بعض البرامج والأولويات مع المحافظة على المسار العام للأهداف، لتكون مضرب مثل في الإبهار والريادة من خلال تمكينٍ يعد أيقونةً للنجاح من قبل عرابها ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان - حفظه الله - لتكون نهجاً ثابتاً للعالم أجمع في التخطيط والتمكين ومرونة الأداء.
لكل قائد فريق يبحث عن النجاح، ولكل منظومة تبحث عن تحقيق المستهدف؛ مرونة الأداء سبيل لاختصار الوقت والجهد، كما أنها معين على رفع كفاءة الإنفاق وتقليل الهدر، وهي سبيل فاعل في التعامل مع المتغيرات؛ متى ما وجدت التمكين لمن يجيد استخدامها!

The concept of flexibility in performance is precise, and its description is profound; it does not indicate (improvisation) in decision-making, but rather a leadership brilliance that invests in empowerment to achieve the capability for transformation to meet targets, and to utilize alternative plans at the right time, ensuring the path towards achieving the vision by leveraging existing resources, finding suitable alternatives to face challenges, and reaching them with flexibility and efficiency.
The question that comes to mind is: what is the relationship between planning and performance flexibility?
It is a correlational relationship; the skilled planner looks consciously towards the future, envisioning the best that it can be, to include within their vision alternative plans crafted after predicting potential obstacles, drawing inspiration from their role during execution by using the flexibility that contributes to benefiting from developments on all fronts to shorten the path, with more quality, overcoming obstacles, and reducing waste so that the result is a steady achievement, and efficiently reaching what the team aspires to by achieving the target, seizing opportunities, and overcoming obstacles, leading to an entity that achieves growth and sustainability as a result.
