The worst thing you can encounter at work is finding someone who deliberately justifies failure. This justification means that all those who were overseeing the work and had absolute authority made plans, implemented them in reality, and did not respond to any criticism that serves the work.
In competitive football, success does not mean achieving financial returns or distinctive investment aspects or even generating large profits. Football is linked to the audience, the passion of the audience, and the interactive state of the audience, all of which are interconnected details. The audience is a significant part of investment successes and is the pillar of this success. In Al-Nassr, failure is evident at the level of the first team of the club, which, due to its results, leaves the audience in a state of overwhelming anger, to the extent that they reject any solutions other than the resignation of the management. The Al-Nassr fans can only express their anger at the state the team has reached, hoping that this will be a matter that influences decision-makers to intervene in what is happening to their club; otherwise, there are no ways to save Al-Nassr. I do not agree with the idea that what is happening at Al-Nassr is deliberate and has destructive goals, but I do agree with the idea that the people who are in the management of Al-Nassr are not of good competence and do not have enough experience in this field. I specifically mean Raed Ismail; this person may be successful in another field and have great achievements, but his work at Al-Nassr has not been successful at all.
Al-Nassr fans do not feel good about their team's future in the upcoming season, and there are no movements that instill hope in their hearts so that a positive spirit can form within them, and their feelings can be stirred to provide the necessary support for the team in the coming season. There is no clear picture; the entire scene is foggy. I do not know what Mr. "Fernando Hierro," the football supervisor at Al-Nassr, will say in the conference held after writing this article, but it is clear that Al-Nassr is heading towards an unknown future, and no one has any details that can be presented to the Al-Nassr fan who is looking for a candle of hope to illuminate the future of Al-Nassr. I do not know exactly what awaits Al-Nassr in the upcoming rescue journey, if there is a real rescue.
Best regards,
