تشهد المملكة تحوّلًا استراتيجيًا في تمكين المرأة اقتصاديًا وتعزيز دورها في قيادة المشهد الريادي، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 التي تهدف إلى تنويع الاقتصاد وزيادة مساهمة المرأة في التنمية الوطنية.
وتسجل ريادة الأعمال النسائية حضورًا متناميًا في المملكة، إذ بلغت نسبة المشاريع المملوكة للنساء بنهاية الربع الثاني من عام 2025م نحو 47% من إجمالي السجلات التجارية، ما يعكس توسّع مشاركة المرأة في القطاع الخاص ونمو ثقتها بالبيئة الريادية المحلية.
ويبرز دور الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة (منشآت) في تعزيز هذا التوجه؛ من خلال برامج ومبادرات مخصصة لرائدات الأعمال، مثل مراكز دعم المنشآت وأكاديمية منشآت التي قدّمت برامج تدريبية ومعرفية لآلاف النساء خلال السنوات الماضية، وهذا النمو المتواصل في أعداد المستفيدات يعكس عمق الشراكة بين رائدات الأعمال و«منشآت» كمنظومة داعمة للتمكين المعرفي والاقتصادي.
يأتي ملتقى «بيبان 2025» الذي تنظّمه الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة (منشآت) خلال الفترة من 5 إلى 8 نوفمبر المقبل في مركز واجهة الرياض للمعارض والمؤتمرات، تحت شعار «وجهة عالمية للفرص»؛ بأبوابه السبعة ليدعم تمكين رائدات الأعمال؛ من خلال عدة مبادرات ممكّنة وورش عمل متخصصة، بالإضافة إلى إتاحة الفرصة لهم لمشاركة تجاربهم، وبناء حوارات مفتوحة مع زوّار الملتقى من مختلف القطاعات والاهتمامات، في مشهد يعكس تطور بيئة الابتكار في المملكة، ودعمها المتواصل لريادة المرأة في كافة مجالات الأعمال والتقنية.
تؤكد مؤشرات ريادة الأعمال النسائية أنها أصبحت بالفعل ركيزة أساسية في مسيرة التحوّل الاقتصادي، وشريكًا فاعلًا في بناء مستقبل مزدهر قائم على التمكين والابتكار والاستدامة.
The Kingdom is witnessing a strategic transformation in economically empowering women and enhancing their role in leading the entrepreneurial scene, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and increase women's contribution to national development.
Women's entrepreneurship is showing a growing presence in the Kingdom, with the percentage of women-owned businesses reaching about 47% of total commercial registrations by the end of the second quarter of 2025, reflecting the expanding participation of women in the private sector and the growth of their confidence in the local entrepreneurial environment.
The role of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) is highlighted in promoting this trend through programs and initiatives dedicated to women entrepreneurs, such as support centers for enterprises and the Monsha'at Academy, which has provided training and knowledge programs for thousands of women over the past years. This continuous growth in the number of beneficiaries reflects the depth of the partnership between women entrepreneurs and Monsha'at as a supportive system for knowledge and economic empowerment.
The "Biban 2025" forum, organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) from November 5 to 8 at the Riyadh Front for Exhibitions and Conferences, under the slogan "A Global Destination for Opportunities," will feature seven doors to support the empowerment of women entrepreneurs through several enabling initiatives and specialized workshops. It will also provide them with the opportunity to share their experiences and engage in open dialogues with forum visitors from various sectors and interests, in a scene that reflects the development of the innovation environment in the Kingdom and its ongoing support for women's entrepreneurship in all fields of business and technology.
Indicators of women's entrepreneurship confirm that it has indeed become a fundamental pillar in the journey of economic transformation and an active partner in building a prosperous future based on empowerment, innovation, and sustainability.
